Received my dinnerset just before Xmas and am extremely happy with the quality and delivery service. Will definitely buy from Tableking again and highly recommend them to my friends. Great selection and even better prices!

I have been buying from Table King regularly for the last three years, and am incredibly happy with their service. Their range is wonderful, and all the best brands. Their service is prompt, everything arrives in wonderful condition and if there are any issues, they swiftly correct the problem. I have recently bought a Kitchenaid Handmixer and it is brilliant, great power and the beaters pop out with one simple touch. I would thoroughly recommend this product and Table King to everyone.

Our delivery was botched through no fault of Table King but their help and understanding was outstanding. We did not for a moment doubt that the outcome would be satisfactory for us and, when the goods were located at the courier warehouse Table King immediately offered to extend the time available for us to claim for any damage caused in transit.
The product was perfect, the price was the best we have seen and the free gift was an added bonus.
Bundle that together with genuinely friendly service and help when it was needed and you have a package that's pretty much impossible to beat.
Very happy with our dealing with Table King and thoroughly recommend them to anyone who may be apprehensive about web based traders.

I have changed my opinion dramatically for a dutch oven I ordered and posted a negative review about. Table King had contacted me and have sent me a dutch oven at no charge. Whilst unexpected, this was a wonderful gesture of goodwill. I would highly recommend buying with them. Apologies to all at Table King for my first negative posting.

I purchased a Sophie Conran dinner service. They had the best range at the best prices. Delivery was free & it also came with a 2 year replacement guarantee if I chip a piece! The service was good. Delivery was delayed by a few days but they did email me to let me know why & when to expect it. When I made a query about my order a few days after delivery they called me back promptly & explained to my satisfaction. I will certainly order from them again. They have so many lovely things!

I was after a beautiful wedding cake knife. I called tableking who fully informed of the pros and cons of gold and silver plating as well as sterling silver. After making my purchase the item was delivered to my door within 24 hour. Great service and excellent product knowledge. Excellent service, quality product. I purchased a Vintec Red & White wine aerator set online & paid through paypal, due to Tableking running out of the red wine aerators my account was credited the same day. I emailed to find out why this happened & was contacted by the Owner/Manager after business hours who was very helpful & stated would send me the Reserve red wine aerator (more expensive) at no extra charge. What can I say. Superb product knowledge. I told tableking what type of dinner set I was after wow. Justin the manager not only told me what I needed but explained why. His advice not explained the differences between the brands but also how they are made and what makes one better than the other for my purpose. I contacted Tableking to find out more information about a Vitamix blender. The lady I spoke to was very thorough, and was able to explain all the features so I could determine if this was the right product. At no time was I pushed to buy. I recently placed an online order for Cornishware with Tableking at around 3pm on a Friday afternoon, the delivery arrived at midday the following Monday. The package was very well packed with cardboard and foam. Overall the quality of the Cornishware, speed of delivery and communication from Tableking was exceptional.

Purchased a ThermoChef from TableKing. Took forever to arrive. No communication when delivery delayed. I had to call them to find out where the ThermoChef was. They took my money quickly enough... I called several times, and kept getting the runaround. Was told to expect a callback, expect delivery - nothing happened - no ThermoChef and no callbacks. I have bought many items from - a Noritake dinner set to small cruets and all items have been despatched promptly and are very well packaged - in fact it takes me ages to get through all the packing! The gorgeous little glass cruets are so elegant I love them and they provide quite a deal of conversation around the dinner table. Should I mention I broke my first ones and immediately ordered replacements. Unfortunately you have got me in and I go through your e-mails and "I just really need that" - there goes my nest egg. I have once had to contact you about an item and I received the utmost courtesy and very swift help.

Received both items very quickly. They were exactly as described. Both were packaged well in their own box and within a large box that was very well padded. Both arrived with no damage. The website was easy to navigate and multiple payment options available. Based on my purchase I would recommend TableKing.

Confirmation of order and subsequent delivery was prompt. I purchased a Made in Japan teapot and it was packaged carefully for delivery to Darwin. Also, the photos on the website of the product were an exact match in colour to the product I purchased. The prices for goods on the website are very affordable. Huge range of products and brands. I will be purchasing again for Christmas.
