Awful site, avoid at all costs
I bought a shirt from the site. The quality was awful and the fit was the same as if I went into any store and bought a shirt off the rack. I expressed these concerns to the store and their response was that if I paid a higher price for a better quality material and told them where the fit was wrong for the shirt I received, I could send back the shirt and they could make sure my next order was correct and remake the shirt for a 15% fee.
This seemed fair enough, I updated all of my measuarements on the site accordingly and ordered a few mor...e items. These were even worse. I honestly have to wonder if they confused my measurements with a different customer. A blazer I ordered was literally 2 sizes too big. I took it to a tailor who said that an alteration would be impossible. I contacted the site who basically said they would try and remake everything again. The problem is each time you have them remake everything you have to pay for postage, wait for all your items to be sent back to them, pay a 15% fee to get the right material, wait for it to be sent back to you and there is no guarantee it wont be even more incorrect then when you sent it away. So you can be stuck spending time and money indefinitely and I guess the reason they have a no refund policy is because most people will just give up after a few months of this.
I think I can see what is going on here
Ok I am quite big and tall and I ordered a linen suit from tailor4less, firstly I was very impressed that the suit was delivered to my on a Sunday to my house exactly two weeks after I ordered it. Amazing! Very nice build.
My first impressions were that the suit was quite loose a bit too big, then I realised that I was comparing this to off the rack suits that were alway too tight around my stomach to tight around the seat of my pants and too big around the shoulders, which was the reason for buying a tailored suit in the first place.

Poor Quality Shirt - Fabric falling apart with normal wash - Customer Support Denied Claim
I ordered 4 business shirts from this company. The tailoring part was "ok".. the fit was reasonable, but after a few washes, I noticed some "patches" on my shirts when ironing. When holding the shirt up to the light, you can see that the material has broken down and is very thin in some spots.
Having worn & washed business shirts for the last 20 years, this is not something I have never seen before.
I contacted Customer Support, and their response is that you can only file a complaint within the first 30 days. After that, nothing... Very...poor. Interestingly, the fabric that I ordered these shirts in, is now NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THEIR SITE. This suggests that perhaps there IS an issue with this fabric. Not sure if the quality issue affects any others; the one I chose was called Blairstown (blue). I am left with a $300 hole in my wallet, and 4 shirts that I cannot wear. The response I received from [name removed] said according to their policy, customers can open a support ticket for any order within the 15 days after the received date. After that time, they are not obligated to offer anything. During the first 30 days they accept new support tickets anyway. After this time, they will not accept complaints. She said I should have asked for a refund in the first 30 days after receipt of that order. They have decided to close my ticket now, because is not possible open a support ticket for an order to make a complaint if the order is more than 30 days old.

Tailor failed to tailor, stonewalled by customer support.
Ordered a 3 piece suit
Jacket came back tailored with the wrong measurements. Way larger than it should've been. Unwearable!
Customer rep basically copy and pastes the same response from their FAQ section each time.
The amount they refund will only cover half of the estimated costs (from my local tailor) to fix something they should've done correctly the first time.
Their policy also only allows 30 days for you to get your refund, so be quick.
