I've radicvally improved my fitness since starting at the gym, have lost about 18 cms around my waist and increased my strength on gym weights enormously but according to these scales, have not reduced any % bodyweight in 4 months - I'm not convinced they are accurate...
the theory of measuring body fat seemed good....
but they are very fiddly, and I just don't know about the accuracy of anything except the weight.
These scales are simple to use and an attractive simple design. Unfortunately they were not found to be very accurate and consistent with the weight given. Hopefully this has been rectified in more recent models.
Large easy to read weight reading screen.
Body fat is geared by measurments you put in. Not overly accurate.
