I moved Sydney to Melbourne (1 bedroom house) and needed 2 boxes. Booking staff were patient & helpful with timely call-backs whenever I left my number rather than waiting in a queue. The tracking app for Box delivery & pickup was helpful. I opted for labour to load and unload - completed with care and efficiency. It would have been useful to receive notification from the Loaders when on their way rather than waiting around an empty home for potentially 3 hours. Overall a brilliant idea with excellent execution.

We were moving interstate but didn't have an address yet, so we used the option of delivery -> having our taxibox stored at their storage facility -> eventually delivered to our new address.
It was a great, user friendly experience - except for the tracking link not working for Brisbane pickups/deliveries.
They sent us a text the day before with a more accurate time estimate, and then gave you a tracking link to watch the truck come to you 30 minutes before it arrives. It arrived, the truck drive...

Moved a whole studio apartment interstate from Sydney to Brisbane and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Made the otherwise stressful move so easy. The truck/forklift drivers are so flexible about where to put it and work around and environmental obstacles you have. And the system they have for notifying you when it’s coming gives you enough time to get sorted . Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Needed one cool room for a party. Cool room was a good size for what we needed. It didn't come with a shelf initially but the guys delivered it a day later once it was available. Good size and the light and auto temp control was a nice touch

Our move from Melbourne to the Gold Coast during Covid lockdown and travel restrictions was much easier with the service provided by Taxibox. Everything was perfectly organised and the Taxibox people involved were very helpful, from the customer service and bookings over the phone to the pick up and final delivery. Used to send some items before the big move, all done on time, today the empty box was picked up, it was on grass and raining the driver took extra time to not damage the grass, fantastic service.

Moved 1 bedroom, 1 home office from Melbourne to Brisbane. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end—plus, having the Taxi Box delivered to my door in Melbourne was so incredibly appreciated.

Awesome service and support. Had to change my booking and there were no issues. The communication was excellent. Taxi box arrived on time and was notified before drop-off and pickup.

Moving is difficult. Moving in a pandemic is ridiculously difficult. Then add to that moving a 1 bedroom apartment full of stuff for a brother in hospital from Melbourne to Sydney is next level. Taxibox were brilliant! They were upbeat and helpful, they were professional and they were organised. The whole process was impressive. I would totally recommend using their services.

3 bed townhouse move interstate from Sydney to Brisbane. Started with a box to declutter and store whilst we sold our house, then another 3 boxes which were shipped to the Brisbane storage facility and stored for a month till ready to move into our new home. Box drop offs and pick ups were prompt and the Sydney warehouse team in Erskinville were so helpful when I turned up to find a box I needed to put something in was actually already moved to the interstate depot…the manager there organized for my stuff to be taken to that depot and placed in the box…talk about going an extra mile for a customer! Highly recommend!
