Excellent service. We moved interstate and The taxibox delivered our goods in a very timely manner. Communication is excellent. The staff were cheerful and helpful.Only thing is the box could be bit more bigger.

7 years ago we moved from Sydney to Melbourne and had a great experience with Taxibox. A month ago we moved back to Sydney from Melbourne and used Taxibox and again, had an even better experience. Both the Sydney and Melbourne team were utterly amazing - but especially the guys in Melbourne, Beau and the driver Frank, were so helpful and went above and beyond when we needed another Taxibox with very little notice. (Thanks Beau - you lifesaver).

Highly recommend if you're moving locally or interstate or if you just need some flexible and affordable storage. Amazing and I'll always use and recommend! Just awesome.

The whole process was so easy and service was great. Would definitely recommend using a taxi box for a move especially if you don’t have a whole bunch of stuff to move. Great value for money!

Taxibox were professional and helpful throughout the booking process. When the box arrived the delivery man was efficient, cheerful, thorough and careful. I will be using them next time I have to move -- thanks for making a stressful time easier.

I have booked taxibox online before Christmas to move interstate, on the dates that the website says spots available. Contacted them to try to finalise my booking and payment the next day and was told the sales Team was busy as it was near Xmas and will return my call ASAP. Did not receive a call until a week later and was told they can no longer deliver on the day I requested.
Questioned further as even today the website still shows those dates I booked was available, and was told that they have reserved the slots for other customers to retur...

Excellent over the phone, service, patient, practical, would use again as a solo person moving interstate, great tidy size too. Moved interstate and able to work through options well and size prior to booking the box.

A great solution. Moved Sydney to Melbourne and three months stoeage. Really well priced, super convenient, good communication and service. Just two issues: not servicing regional areas, but that's understandable. And given dimensions of the box are external not internal, a small, but important difference.
Highly recommend this company though.

I had the most pleasant experience with Taxibox! Not only were they reasonably priced but they also provided with a lot of information on how their service works which put my mind at ease for my move from Brisbane to Melbourne. The use of the tracker 30mins before arrival was perfect and the young man who delivered and picked my box up was great and answered all the questions I had! Highly recommend Taxibox :)

interstate move done and dusted, on a budget, our belongings were as they were when they left. in secure storage for 5 months.

There have been some developments since my first one star posting.
Taxibox has been in touch and a very polite lady explained why Taxi box has issues with delivering boxes just over the NSW when it will happily transport them to its interstate depot in Sydney. The reason make sense but it is a pity that the Taxibox website is less transparent about it’s interstate capability.

From the first phone call to discuss my relocation from Sydney toMornington Peninsula every staff member (from phones and to the guys who dropped off then picked up my taxibox at the other end) was happy, informative and precise. Says that the management must treat staff well which is rare these days but so worth it gauging by the trouble free experience I enjoyed. Thanks all - oh and I love the little funny comments via messages too!

Two weeks quarantine without paying for storage time is wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better way of moving interstate! Recommended completely!

I used it for a move from Melbourne to Brisbane in the middle of a pandemic. Customer service was outstanding at both ends, nothing in the box was damaged and I was kept up to date through the whole process. Can't recommend Taxibox enough!

Moving interstate during COVID was stressful but they were a shining light. I also needed flexibility by delaying the delivery date which they did several times. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it and no hidden charges. They are a lot of fun too with a lot of humour embedded in their company

The process was straight forward and the staff very helpful. Drop off was very efficient and the driver extremely helpful. I would use them again if the situation ever arises.

Taxi boxes were delivered and picked up on time with no fuss. The furniture removalists were outstanding! They worked incredibly hard and fit all my furniture in to the boxes.

Thanks to Taxibox's excellent customer service, my move to a new city during challenging times was made smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use Taxibox again and loved the Spotify playlist.

Fantastic service. We were able to load our taxi box out of the Brisbane depot & it was very convenient for us as drop spots in our area were very limited. The guy at the Brisbane depot (I can't remember his name) deserves a mention as he was very polite, helpful & professional every time we had to access our box. Delivery & collection of our box was on the requested dates. Highly recommend this service.

TaxiBoxes are a brilliant idea. It works perfectly and the pick up /drop off drivers are so quick and skilled. My only surprise was a little mouse that hitched a ride and is now on the loose in amongst the boxes in my new apartment LOL.
