The delivery was fantastic. Steve and Joanna did an amazing job and were also extremely friendly to top it off. As soon as I saw the taxiboxes being moved into our front yard I knew it was going to make our lives a whole lot easier. Now we just easily move our stuff in over the next few days without having to worry about driving a giant truck all over town and returning it on the same day. An honourable mention also goes out to Steve for letting my 10 month old son sit on the forklift - he loved it!

My wife and I moved back in with family and needed to store some of our stuff for an unknown period of time. I booked a Taxibox, they found somewhere to park it in our tiny street, and the movers came that day and packed everything up carefully. Then Taxibox came (when they said they would) and took our box away to storage.
It ended up being almost exactly 12 months that our stuff was in storage. The whole time communication was clear and payment was easy.
Then when it was time to get our stuff back, Taxibox arrived on time, the removalists came straight away, and our Taxibox was taken away precisely when they said it would be.
Would recommend enthusiastically.

We never really unpacked at our last house, knowing it was only temporary and we would be moving locally. The taxi box was perfect for emptying out about 3/4 of our double garage which was the storage shed and dumping ground. We moved only 8km and the box was picked up and dropped off at the new house within an hour!

We were also really happy that head office were able to change our move day at short notice before a long weekend so that the box was clear of our driveway for the other removalists. Given the demand for everything moving-related...

Used 2 taxiboxes to store then move my stuff to my new apartment. The whole crew literally are just so amazing. From the call centre, to the drivers, even the people at the warehouse - everyone had just been super friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I had trouble finding apartments and had to reschedule my redelivery a couple times, but you guys still managed to be so patient with me. Also, the place I was moving into had strict rules and was just fussy about loading docks in general but the driver was just super patient, kind and accomodating...

I moved Sydney to Melbourne (1 bedroom house) and needed 2 boxes. Booking staff were patient & helpful with timely call-backs whenever I left my number rather than waiting in a queue. The tracking app for Box delivery & pickup was helpful. I opted for labour to load and unload - completed with care and efficiency. It would have been useful to receive notification from the Loaders when on their way rather than waiting around an empty home for potentially 3 hours. Overall a brilliant idea with excellent execution.

This is the second time I’ve used taxibox when moving house and it is such a great, efficient service! We used one taxibox to declutter for selling our house. It was picked up from our old house and delivered to the new one when we needed it. Reasonable prices and great customer service.

As I’m living in a strata building, the space was tight. But Taxibox team used a funky forklift to place the box carefully in the corner of the garage, and dropped off and picked up on the same day, minimising inconvenience to other residents. Highly recommend their service!

I've used Taxibox a few times and cannot fault them.
Very economical, practical and fairly hassle free.
They deliver your box when you want it, pick it up when it's good to go, store it and then re deliver when you're ready.
You get a 2 hour widow for delivery and they text you about 30 mins in advance.
You're always in the loop.
The fellas who have dropped off and picked up my boxes have been wonderful.
