My wife and I moved back in with family and needed to store some of our stuff for an unknown period of time. I booked a Taxibox, they found somewhere to park it in our tiny street, and the movers came that day and packed everything up carefully. Then Taxibox came (when they said they would) and took our box away to storage.
It ended up being almost exactly 12 months that our stuff was in storage. The whole time communication was clear and payment was easy.
Then when it was time to get our stuff back, Taxibox arrived on time, the removalists came straight away, and our Taxibox was taken away precisely when they said it would be.
Would recommend enthusiastically.

We never really unpacked at our last house, knowing it was only temporary and we would be moving locally. The taxi box was perfect for emptying out about 3/4 of our double garage which was the storage shed and dumping ground. We moved only 8km and the box was picked up and dropped off at the new house within an hour!

We were also really happy that head office were able to change our move day at short notice before a long weekend so that the box was clear of our driveway for the other removalists. Given the demand for everything moving-related...

I had some precious, large soft furniture items and oriental rugs in storage for three and a half years. I had no option but to store them in a Taxi Box as speedily as I could and with no idea about for how long. I did my best to protect the items from dust, moisture, insect/rodent infestation, movement in transit, and any other potential damage but still felt they were very vulnerable. Used 2 taxiboxes to store then move my stuff to my new apartment. The whole crew literally are just so amazing. From the call centre, to the drivers, even the people at the warehouse - everyone had just been super friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I had trouble finding apartments and had to reschedule my redelivery a couple times, but you guys still managed to be so patient with me. Also, the place I was moving into had strict rules and was just fussy about loading docks in general but the driver was just super patient, kind and accomodating...

My friend recommended Taxi box it was a lifesaver while getting a house ready to sell. We used it to declutter, then stored the box and it was delivered to our new house. So simple would use again.

We needed to store some excess furniture and bits and bobs while doing some renovations and restoring a room. Having the taxi box at our house was easy and super helpful.

I was so relived to hear about taxi box, it made storing my unused furniture, so easy. When I had move that was so much easier. I only move a short distance. I would use the service again, polite staff and drivers.

Boxes of crockery & furniture did not need to go far, just from the upstairs to the downstairs garden where the Taxibox remained for less than a week whilst the floors were polished. Now one box of fine china for entertaining is missing. It was a small move and most everything fitted into one T/b. It is not far from my upstairs to downstairs via the footpath.
T/box say they have asked the two sets of removal men if they know anything about my box. Unsurprisingly, they don't. One of them has gone off with my box. Boxes don't just disappear and there are no hidden boxes here. T/b is so far offering nothing. What is the system of compensation?
Number your boxes and furniture and count them all going in and out.

We put some items into storage as we live in a 1 bedroom apartment and running out of space. The Taxibox service was amazing, efficient and easy. Highly recommend using this service.
