We stored an entire 2 bed house for 2 years, and taxibox was a great, cost effective solution. Our delivery driver (the German guy if you're reading this, taxibox) had a very helpful can-do attitude even with our difficult access. Plenty of time to pack/unpack. Zero damage to the contents. Highly recommended

I have used many Removalist companies recently. Taxibox was by far the worst experience. My items were basically “thrown”
Into the Taxibox’s with zero care. A stone table was completely cracked including matching chairs. Upholstery on lounges and chairs were ripped due to poor packing. Outdoor furniture was broken. Boxes were smashed. Boxes of fine China were broken. The entire experience resulted in 80 per cent of my furniture was damaged. When I emailed to notify them they refused to help and kept using excuses.

The convenience, efficiency and user friendliness of TAXIBOX was outstanding. For 10 years, all our precious items that we didn't have room to store in house have been safe and cared for. Pick and delivery on time, access so easy to arrange. Thanks to all at Taxibox - especially Steve.

We had a 2 week gap between sale of our old house and settlement on our new property and a friend suggested Taxibox. From the moment of my first enquiry, to the delivery of the 3 taxi boxes and finally the redelivery 2 weeks later at our new home we had a smooth run with Taxibox. Communication was clear and efficient, the advice about how many boxes we needed was spot on, delivery drivers were friendly and helpful and were able to manoeuvre the taxi boxes with amazing dexterity. Highly recommend this Taxibox for anyone needing moving and storage as we did.

Lockdown 4.0 caused a messy end to my relationship. Everyone at Taxibox were incredibly helpful and supportive, especially Lauren. My belongings are now safe while I find a new home.

Moved 3 bedroom house into 3 x boxes located on site. Boxes were delivered in an as new condition.
Boxes remained on site for 6 months during major renovation.
Had to update the final date a few times due to delays in building.
Each time service was professional and efficient.

We used the TAXIBOX service to relocate my parent's household items from NSW to QLD. We required our TAXIBOX to be packed by professionals, which was organised to coincide with the arrival of the TAXIBOX - excellent service and communication made this happen. There was a short period of time between their home selling and their new move-in date, so we required on-site storage before delivery to their new home. This date kept moving and re-arranging the new drop-off day and location was never a problem.

I am moving a 1 bedroom apartment for the second time. Yesterday my Taxi box was delivered by Frank, the same driver as last time. He has been just as amazing the second time around. The car park entrance to my apartment is extremely narrow and he did a fantastic job of navigating the lumps bumps and drains coming out of the walls.

My friend and I popped two bedrooms worth of stuff into storage with Taxibox as we moved back to our parent's homes briefly due to COVID-19. Two boxes were sufficient, delivery was on time and very easily done, and the delivery driver was super friendly. 10/10 would store and move with Taxibox again!

Customer service was exceptional both over phone and face to face. Delivery drivers put boxes exactly where we wanted. Nothing was a problem. Such a great tool - we were renovating (putting a pool and extending our house at the same time). We were able to move things in and out at our own leisure - i even ran a fridge and washing machine out of it - cant speak highly enough about it!

The whole idea of Taxi box is fantastic. For the smaller storage or for getting your gear stored in a rather difficult access spot ( like mine!), the Taxibax concept is wonderful.
The booking staff were very helpful, and the delivery and pickup crew made the exercise pain free!

They were great to deal with and the Taxibox obeys the 'Sit/Stay' command perfectly. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Communication was very easy and the Box delivery amd pick up was very timely and well communicated with the tracking link they send you.
