Wonderful customer support!!!
I rang customer support about my tv which I was told that was still under warranty. I was sent a ref number straight away and referred to my local technician.
Within 10 days TCL gave me the news that they were sending me my brand new replacement tv. Best service and support that I have had for a long time. Thanks so much to Mildred who looked after my issue right from the start and kept me up to date via email and phone.

Wonderful Customer Service
Our TCL Television stopped working but fortunately was under Warranty, Janice from TCL Was very helpful, when at first she could not get in touch with the local store she contacted me to let me know & advised me she would try the store again & follow things up..
her communication was appreciated and she was very easy to deal.
TCL- Replacement TV and Customer Service
Backlight went out on my TCL TV a few years after purchase. Was informed it was still under manufacturers warranty when I called the customer service line. Within a week I had a technician out to review the problem. I was told it couldn't be fixed and that I would receive a replacement within a month. A week later I had an update from MJ who advised they would be replacing the old TV with a brand new current model. Couldn't be more happy with the outcome.
Amazing customer support
I purchased my tcl 60 inch TV and just short of 2 years I started experiencing panel dimming issues. I reported to TCL and the help and support has been such a pleasant and easy experience. I was given a brand new replacement unit for my faulty TV. Miss MJ from TCL has been so helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you and highly recommend TCL.
our $2300 tcl tv from the good guys was a big mistake. We lost the picture and had sound only. Called tcl who use a local repairer and told us to take photos of our blank screen??? And tcl will replace it as this is a known problem. Two weeks later tcl deny replacement and repair shop picks it up for testing. After a month without a tv and no concern about it from tcl. Now after all this time they have just replaced the main board. This is a known issue with tcl tvs but they do not keep stock of parts ( another two week wait) and just expect you to wait around until they fix it. What a waste of money and very disappointing for a supposed $3200 rrp piece of junk. Wont even extend your warranty on replaced parts. Taking this further to ACCC

I bought over $2000 TCL QLED TV in October last year. Unfortunately I was the one in thousands who experience multiple software/hardware issues in the brand new tv.
Since it was a new tv and under warranty, Jenny took an initiative to not only resolve all the issues but also took diagnostics to the whole next level.
Rather than selling my tv cheap, I am now determined to keep it as is, I got no major issues any longer and can enjoy watching without any hiccups.
Jenny is inevidently the best customer service representative I have ever known and highly recommend her if you are just like me with serious TCL tv issues. Her diagnostic skills and follow-ups are just great.

We purchased the TCL 60 Smart TV without really doing any research into the model, however as we got familiar with the features we found it easy to use and outstanding at what was available.

TV under warranty fixed promptly
18 months into the warranty on a smart tv it would not turn on. After supplying the necessary information to the TCL website and trying several things they suggested, they allocated the job to Woolley Appliance Services.
Promptly diagnosed and replaced the motherboard. Thanks to Jesse the serviceman for being so professional.
Have red alot of negative reviews here but have to say our experience with TCL has been fantastic. I'd be happy to buy another tv with the 3 year warranty.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing TV... now in warranty dispute with supplier ( Appliances Online) and TCL so called customer service dept.
All involved just duck shoving between them and trying to bully me out of legit. claim.
Sounds like I may be in for a rough time with this mob... Trying to get ACCC involved as well.
You would think in these "business desperate times" that companies would bend over backwards to ensure satisfaction and possible repeat business...guess not.

Worst TV Brand, Cheap Parts and rude customer support. Broken TV
Had Purchased the TV with constant problems. They got worse and worse until I got sick of it and had to deal with the inadequate customer support team that do not know how to deal with problems or clients. After multiple months and ridiculous amount of hours spent trying to get TCL to take me seriously and get the TV repaired they eventually took me serious after I had to force the ream to get management involved. Only then did they send out a repair technician to only end up in me wasting my time as I had to take unpaid leave from work to fit ...in with the technicians time schedule. The technician replaced the faulty part with the exact identical same one,not updated or revised. The technician even told me to leave the default software on the tv and not update it as he said the update would make the tv worse. What the hell??!? My TCL tv also has an option in the settings to update the tv through WiFi. What a joke that is. After speaking to customer support I was advised that most of the TCL TV's option to update the software using WiFi didn't actually work, as the tv says it's got the latest software even though it doesn't. Only way to get updated software was for me to waste more of my time talking to customer support so that they could send me the link to install and download the latest software via USB. Updated the TV only to find out it done nothing. Then TCL sent out a technician again to confirm I wasn't lying that the TV was still broken. Which meant more unpaid leave. More of my own money and time to FIX TCLs unreliable TV.
TCL absolutely awful TV Service
This company is a only a sales company, they don't give a stuff about service. The attitude is "You bought the set now put up with it." Over months ago the screen on my 55" went dead... no pictures so as many of you have done I phoned and phoned and wrote email and more email to no effect. Then Harvey Norman stepped in and I was promised a replacement new TV. Finally after about a fortnight it turned up on a Saturday morning. The Asian guy who delivered it couldn't wait to get in and out of the house he only checked the picture, set the stat...ions added the WiFi and that was it. The new set was faulty also and the trouble in selection is still ongoing. TCL's tech guy says I am lying and won't come and fix it. If you ask me the tech is a lazy so & so who doesn't seem to want to get of his bum. How can TCL allow this, I wonder if the overseas head office know what's going on in Australia. By the way I had to buy another small TCL to watch other wise we would have been without a tele all this time. So now I am out of pocket and still have a faulty TV. Fortunately we have Consumer Affair here so that will be my next step.

i have a 65 C6 which has decided to stay in boot mode on startup. I have tried the soft reset but to no avail.
Has anyone experienced this problem with a resolve. This tv is a sad necessity to help entertain a 2 1/2 year old
