Poor customer service

Brought a TCL sound bar. The soundbar would not connect to the TV via arc. Would play sound through the other methods.
Before taking it back tried:
-Changing the HDMI cable
-Plugging it into another TV (which already had a working soundbar connected)
-Ensuring sound worked through USB and Aux
proceeded to have no sound.

Call TCL customer service number, the only advice given was call TV company. Continually blamed the TV and gave no advice as to ways to check the soundbar itself.

Took the Soundbar back and never buying a TCL again.

Very UNSATISFIED. “Got told physical damage” but where ? Outside screen smooth as a baby’s bum it’s all done inside tv but we never touched tv. Rude service would not recommend

Out of Warrenty Replacement

We purchased a 60 in TCL tv in early 2017 with a three year warrenty. Three months after the warrenty peeriod lapsed our screen when into shadow, but only one half went this wat. Contact was made to the company through our supplier and what followed was a most satisfying outcome. The company replaced the tv at no cost with an upgraded model 60 kn screen. I commend the company that they give their people the power to make determinations on issues like ours and not MJ at TCL was committed to good customer service and a willingness to assess every issue on its individual merits. TCL will get our business again. Thank you MJ

i have a 65 C6 which has decided to stay in boot mode on startup. I have tried the soft reset but to no avail.
Has anyone experienced this problem with a resolve. This tv is a sad necessity to help entertain a 2 1/2 year old
