If you want blury and poor service buy TCL
Tv has motion issues. I bought the c8 75inch which is 400cmr. Bought from jb hi fi, they were great to deal with and offered me a refund. However TCL has the worst service. I have attached the same pic I sent to TCL showing blotchiness of white in background. TCL state this is standard to cool the TV. How does white light cool a TV. Obvious lies

Faulty TV not under warranty after 4 months!!!!!
I bought a 50 inch TCL TV on April 1st and exactly 4 months later to the day I plugged the head phones into the headphone socket on the TV and... there was NOT a sound. I pulled the jack out and still no sound through the TV's speakers.
I tried the headphones in another TV and they were fine, but the 4 month old TCL TV had no sound with or without the headphones.
I contacted the store (Good Guys) who logged it for a warranty repair and contacted the TCL 'solvup' line as advised.
They asked for three pictures (which I sent) one of which was ...Read more
of the headphone socket. It could be seen that the surround of the socket was not there, suggesting that when the headphone jack had been inserted, the glue or whatever held the socket in place had broken and somehow collapsed inside the headphone socket affecting the entire speaker system. To my amazement, the TCL people said it was due to customer damage and not under warranty!!!! SERIOUSLY? A 4 month old TV and I insert the headphone jack into the socket designed for it and it breaks off and it is MY fault???Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

Don't buy a TCL Tv your only going to have headaches not only with the product but with the costumer support as well.
I purchased a tcl t.v. in August 2015. In October 2015 it just lost picture, still had sound but just got a black screen. After several weeks of backwards and forwards emails with customer support requesting I send in videos demonstrating the issue etc a technician was sent out to inspect it. The mother board was replaced but still did not fix the issue. Was told he needed to speak with tcl in regards to what would happen next etc. Weeks later I contacted them asking what was going on. My tv was collected and returned working again. End of 201...Read more
7 again same issue happened and after the same run around as last time I was finally offered a replacement which was delivered January 2018. Now in July 2019 yet again I'm having the same issue, the tv is 18months old and after more drawn out communication with tcl they are refusing any responsibility has its been over 3 years from purchase date. How does that work when a brand new one was delivered January 2018. It's appauling and intend on taking this further.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

terrible customer service
Like many on this page my Tv wont respond and the so called customer service centre continually tells me to turn of the power and reset the TV. The product was Ok but the company is terrible and WILL not help. I have had Panasonic and LG TV for years without problems , spend the extra cash a and buy a decent TV.
Brought from the good guys but they are not interested in replacing "its not there problem "
