Has been in warranty repair 4 times within the first year. It has taken over 3 weeks to repair every time by The Video Factory at Southport, QLD. Rude customer service by both TCL and The Video Factory. Save yourself the drama and do not purchase Very disappointed by TCL.
Poor quality product. Constantly breaks down
Bought this 65 inches TV online from Big Brown Box, the packaging is very good. Good and grate picture quality at the lowest price available.
It has got all I wanted in a TV, 3D SMART and DLNA features
Big Brown Box service was also excellent. The TV was delivered a week earlier to the scheduled time.
Excellent Picture Quality, looks like a 4K picture quality especially when watching an HD content. Good Price. Good delivery service from Big Brown box
Remote keypads are hard when pressed, expecting it to be softer
L55F3500FDS TCL LED 3d TV
Customer Service from BI-RITE Roma was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the sales staff .
They demonstrated numerous TV,s on BLU RAY , 3D . And also on live TV. Grant & Cathy both went out of their way to help us. The TV Itself works great , and the picture is fantastic, it is bright with good depth and viewing angles.
The L55F3500FDS TCL LED 3d TV is just as equally at home playing low res SD live TV as it is, playing the latest Blu Ray. Too many TV,s suffer badly when trying to display SD live TV.

Can any one offer suggestions for getting the USB to read? It works sometimes but frequently I insert a usb and nothing happens. Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks John. Did this already but in this case it wasn't the problem. Think I have been spoilt on my previous LG TV where the USBs always showed up detecting on the screen. Been tricked by the TCL as they do sometimes, however, on reading the manual (I know, I should have done this earlier) I discovered that you go to the aps area and navigate to 'media centre' where you can view the USB contents from there.
