Good

Haven't had any problems with this unit other then it doesn't like to play poor qaulity DVDs or rentals with scratches which tend to freeze completely & sometimes DVD player requires turning off completely
can use surround for my HD drive along with tv, low price, able to use for radio along with everythine else - finds where you're up to on a dvd regardless if been left in DVD player or taken out & another DVD played in it so you don't lose your spot onh DVD
rear speaker cords could be a little longer

Excellent

The five surround speakers definitely make sure that the sound is spread in the entire room. Not only is this unit good for DVD viewing with the whole family, this is also a very good recreational gadget especially during karaoke nights with friends during the weekend.
2 mic inputs. AM/FM

Terrible

It was an absolute nightmare from when I turned it on until I gave up on it 5 hours later. Tried it on two TVs and 6 DVD's (2 of which were brand new) and the same problem occured each time. An S-video or component cable may have produced a better picture but I wasn't going out to spend another $30 to find out. It should work with the cable supplied but didn't. No amount of setting changes could correct it so it was packed back in the box and I returned it for a full refund. Will use the money towards a better brand of unit.
Low price, speaker quality wasn't bad for the price.
DVD picture was jumpy and had lines appearing, speech and pictures were out of sync, quality of picture was poor.
