Worst customer service and warranty!
Seven months after buying the headphones the left earpiece started to fail. I had been speaking to Tekobuy (Since 26/06/2020) about the problem and they asked for video evidence which wasn't possible. I accidentally told them this by replying to their email instead of clicking the link to their portal. I then emailed again on 14/11/2020 to ask what was happening with my claim. I was asked to open a ticket which reminded me about the portal which I then replied to, also letting them know that the left headphone had stopped working altogether so ...I responded via the portal (23/11/20) asking what could be done as the headphones are now not working at all. Due to my accidentally responding to their request via email (on the and not the portal they are now saying that the headphones are out of warranty and are refusing to help.
Faulty item fully refunded; excellent customer service.
I had a very positive experience with this Hong Kong company. Their responses usually took between 1-2 days but all questions were answered. Bought an iRobot mop that was faulty, which was couriered back to Hong Kong and all costs were refunded. Very happy with outcome.
Don't think the watch is authentic, beware
I received a casio watch, and I do not think it is authentic. I would recommend purchasing from an authentic retailer to prevent the feeling of uncertainty. There are quite a few red flags that lead me to believe my watch is a fake.

They will do their best to stole your money. They are pretty good at that... The worst customer service ever... But if you insist and buy with them, take a picture of their fake receipt and a picture of the parcel before you send it back to them. PayPal will need it to give you your refund. But here again be careful because Tucobuy will not hesitate to provide you an inaccurate receipt.... So yeah. Good luck..

Lost my Hard Earned more than AUD $1K
RED Alert, STAY AWAY,,,, BIG SCAM they lured hundreds offering cheap prices & after taking money out of your account there shall be a grave silence. Having a bad experience with them as there's no order tracking or shipping info after placing my online order via https://www.tecobuy.com/en_AU/ :(

Do not buy from Tecobuy. Did not receive the Oneplus Nord phone I ordered. Couldn’t even cancel to receive a refund. Funds removed from my bank account immediately via PayPal despite Paypal advising funds wouldn’t be withdrawn until the item had been processed. Item not processed for 3 weeks so I emailed Tecobuy to advise that I required advice on when the item would be posted, I understand COVID issues - just when I could expect the order processed and into the post, or I would be forced to cancel. Within an hour or so I received an email advi...sing the item had been processed and would be in the mail, but still no delivery date. Given it was now processed and ‘in the mail shortly’ I could no longer cancel for a refund if have to wait till it was delivered. It has still not been posted. I don’t expect to receive the item, it’s been months.
Great customer service and quick responses
I ordered an Apple Watch and paid for it with PayPal. The next day I realised I had ordered the wrong model. Email was sent and reply received within 24 hours with confirmation of order cancellation and refund arranged. Funds back in account the next day. Positive experience with customer service despite all the negative feedback.
The worst International company you could find.
The first purchase from this company absolutely shocked me. We paid the money including the courier fee, waited almost two weeks just to received a flawed product. We bought JBL Pulse 4 and found out there is a visible crack on the internal LED lighting surface which is a significant flaw of the product.
I get it when items are shipped sometimes products may get damaged. However, if the external protection screen is intact, how will the shipment damage the internal screen? Besides, shouldn't it be covered under the warranty if I reported on t...he first day of receipt? The horrible story is when I first reported the issue, the customer service told me without the original courier packaging(I am not referring to the product packaging), they cannot trace and investigate the damage, hence nothing can be done. Then I quoted the Australian Law regarding the returning policy, they told me the physical damage is not covered under their warranty. Basically it means if you get a smashed product from this company, too bad, no return or refund. After I finally opened up a dispute via Paypal, they sent me an address for me to return the product, but at my own cost. No indication that they would replace the product, nor that they will send the product at their cost. It's easy to say in order to get your product replaced(no even guarantee for an intact product), you are looking at at least $50 and 1 months. Again, this is a violation of Australian Consumer Law(I have consulted with the department before I posted here). The company couldn't care less about how the customer feels. The 14 days return policy of theirs is just a JOKE. So to you guys, don't be deceived by its cheap price, it's not worth the risk. STAY AWAY from this monster and trust your local dealer, which may have the discounts from time to time.

I had ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite, which reached to me in unsealed box, moreover the items doesn't look like new, charger is not compatible with the socket, cable seems that it is not original..

Order item and was informed it shipped on 24th July. Over the course of the next several weeks I contacted them on three occasions and was told the item had left the warehouse and I would get the tracking number. Eventually they admitted that they had not shipped the item because I used a PO BOX address. At no point on the website, during the ordering process, or when I contacted them had this been mentioned. (I live somewhere we only have delivery via PO BOX, no door to door delivery). I requested a refund as they cant supply the item I paid...form. I was told I had to go to their website and apply through their 14 day return policy. Of course their website will not let me fill that form out as I never received the item in the first place. Bought it through Paypal, now trying to get my money back through their resolution process. Not worth the hassle dealing with these people.
Complacent to theft
Parcel is months late with very poor tracking. Parcel was "attempted to deliver" at an address hundereds of km away.
Delivery contractor DPEX has hundreds of reviews listing parcels as "attempted delivery" and do not deliver.
Tecobuy support has been non existent. They advised me someone will be in touch yet no one contacts me. I'm out of pocket over $500 yet tecobuy won't help or respond. This has been going on for months with no resolution.
AVOID TECOBUY AT ALL COSTS!
Beware - Garmin watch - Refund demanded after 4 weeks of waiting for tracking number - item from China
I ordered a Gamin watch on the 17th of May 2020. The website stated 5-7 business days for delivery. On the 19th of May I received a message from Tecobuy that my watch had been picked up by the courier and a tracking number would be supplied soon. Over the coming week I sent 3 emails requesting the tracking number I finally received a reply from Tecobuy on the 26th of May stating that they could not deliver to a PO Box and asked for an alternate address which I supplied that same day. 3 days later I received the same email stating that my packag...e had been collected by the courier and a tracking number would follow with the expected delivery in 5-10 working days. After countless emails requesting the tracking number with no reply I eventually had to lodge a PayPal dispute on the 15th of June for a refund. Overall, a total of 4 weeks passed and despite being told twice that my watch had been collected by the courier I never received that tracking number. I personally doubt it was every collected by a courier. PayPal refunded my full purchase price on the 16th of May 2020, thankfully. Don't believe their claims of 5-7 business days shipping. Make sure you always use a secured payment like PayPal so you can receive your money back if they don't follow through.

Expensive lesson with no product..au on end isnt australian
Sent me the flash for my Canon 5D...had rattle..had to wait ages for them to accept the return..finally when did cost me $40 aud..to return...when they sent back we were going to lockdown had to cancel all oseas travel...so didnt use ..just saw didnt rattle...2 months later put on my camera as attached the inner ring literally dissolved not allowing the flash to be removed..took my camera to camera shop and they confirmed that ring was damaged..tecobuy will not accept responsibility has cost me $350 aud..have now bought a new flash through my camera shop knowing will have a safety net..they arent Australian it's a Hong Kong company and are a scam do not believe the good reviews...it will cost you..vile company and not Australian
Horrible costumer service, poor quality products, disorganised
Extremely disappointed with the costumer service.
Initially have paid for the express shipping and the it was ignored, product took even longer to receive the product when I first bought it.
Mobile phone that I bought has been loosing quality and it's been freezing and lagging. Ask for some help and without even having look at my phone, just assumed that it has been physically demaged so they don't have to deal with it. Because they assume it wouldn't be covered by the warranty, costumer service doesn't even wanna to investigate the issue and try to help in some way.
Tecobuy just want you to purchase and do NOT care about your experience as a costumer. Never going to recommend or purchase anything again and I hope you won't either.

Item was faulty - I had to return it at my own expense (14 international shipping). Finally after weeks, refunded cost of item by PayPal - not the carriage though.
This seller takes payment and ships defective goods. Their website says that if goods are defective then they pay courier to collect. However when it happens they refuse to send a courier or refund, but insist you pay $100 return shipping. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Dodgy - Defective Product - No replacement - No Refund
Bought Dyson V11 vacuum for $830. Product shipped was defective. Completely unusable. Website has no phone number for service. Website says submit ticket via RMA Page but there is no RMA page on the website and no place to submit a ticket or contact seller. Emails sent but no response. Product not eligible for Dyson warranty because product shipped was UAE regional stock.
After several days you get an email telling you to fill in a form on another website - with all the information they already have.
Then you get an email saying they wi...ll reply in 7 working days. Then they will arrange a courier within another 7 working days. Then when it arrives back in HK (after 14 days shipping) they will process and despatch within another 7 days.
Awful, NEVER again
After our order we did not receive a confirmation email, but our bank account was charged. after 10 days when we did not receive a product, I followed up with them, they said they run out of stock (even though the product was still available on their website. mind you this is 10 days after they charged me). only after a battle I could get our money back. I do not understand why they should have such a bad customer service and have no respect. it was ok with them to charge my account without having the product in place and refund my money at their discretion. we get much better customer service on other websites and I will never use them again.

One star is too much for this company. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It has been nearly 5 months since they received my money for a new phone purchase, and to date I still do not have my phone. After only having the phone for only 1 week, I could receive texts and emails, but no phone calls. Back it went to be repaired and after having the product for nearly 6 weeks, they tell me it cannot be repaired therefore a replacement will be issued. A second new phone was sent and exactly the same issue. Back it went for ...repair. They cannot repair and are wanting to send another replacement phone. This is not what I want. As I no longer trust the quality of their products I have and am now fighting for a refund, which they refuse to give. 112 days and counting.

Yup this site sucks and is unreliable... I wish I read reviews before using it. I have not heard from them after trying many times on email and calling. I ordered more than 1 month ago for a xmas gift and I have no idea if I am going to get my good or not. I have even emailed a COMPLAINT LETTER. I will be complaining to the ACCC this week if I don't hear back from them. Its either a big scam or they have no idea what they are doing...either way it's shite.
the worst online store that the UK has to offer, I bought a watch on December 2nd and they didn’t give an estimate to arrive after a few emails that told me I wanted 10 business days, they could inform the customer at minutes of purchase it would take approximately 15 days to receive the product. and I don't know where my product is today, tracking doesn't work. Any help?
