Tefal Envy Stainless Steel Collection

Great frying pan! – I've had this pan for over 4 years. Still non-stick. Very large size - I have the 30cm one. Wish I had a smaller one for cooking small amounts of veggies. Heavy - so not good if your handicapped. It has a thick base, red dot in the middle that goes red when reached 190 degrees Celsius. Plastic handle stays cold when cooking and comfortable to grip. NOT oven safe because of plastic grip. Easy to clean. Says dishwasher safe but I hand wash mine. Don't use metal utensils to avoid scratching the surface if you like it to look pretty. I didn't know I had to season it with oil (look at the website faq) until the other day - but it works fine. Great for eggs, meat and veggies! Would buy again. I want a medium and smaller fry pan of this though they only have a 26cm one. Will be looking for a Tefal 20cm or 24cm pan.
