The setup at our site was particularly difficult given our requirements and some configuration problems by NBN. There was a lot of back and forth between ourselves, Telair and ultimatley NBN to sort out speed issues and reverse DNS but once sorted, the service has been exceptional.
Tech support by Telair has been first class - a huge change from our previous provider. The rate was somewhat higher than that offered by others but comparing the fine print, the Telair service was a better match for our needs and worth the cost.
At the end of the day, service matters most and Telair delivered.

The product is easy to use and we do not have any latency or drop outs. Ability to make and answer calls from the system (and the same number) using a mobile or other phone is a great facility.
Service is outstanding; very quick response to any issue.

Telair NBN connection issue was solved within an hour. Support staff were polite, patient, knowledgeable, and educational, explaining steps and reasons clearly and concisely. Best quality service experience over the past decade, especially when compared to the outsourced offshore alternative.

Telair is very responsive to issues that arise form NBN connectivity. Unlike Telstra where you hang on a phone for hours! Telair will fallow up do testing and give you honest feedback!

Installation of the new service went without a hitch, and I immediately saw improvements to my service. No dropouts at all yet.
Speed test shows about 88Mbps download, 36Mbps upload consistently.

We have a really old phone system so when we switched over to the NBN and changed our VOIP Service, we had some issues which we didn't quite understand. Whilst TelAir did not cause our issues, instead of saying not our problem, they provided us with a temporary resolution so we could continue to operate our business whilst they worked quickly with our previous providers to resolve our issues. Our phone system would still be in a mess if it wasn't for TelAir.

Telair provide our national business with SIP trunk phone hosting. As one of the business owners, I found their service and knowledge to be accurate and reliable. I would definitely recommend them if you need a national reliable phone service.

Very bad company, think twice before you sign up. Absolute rip off by all means. It is costing our business and our clients. All the sweet talks and promises disappeared along with the sales representative who walk into our office to get business. We will be seeking compensation with the best lawyer in town.

the worst I've had to contend with, like dealing with dept of human services. they never answer the phone on time, you listen to 10m of sales guff, then they put you on hold, then they suggest to call you back but they never call you back. they treat their customers only as bad as they treat their own staff. please don't work for them or do business with them. their products and services are expensive with degradable quality of service.
