They broke my brand new Samsung 20Plus
What a Stressful experience. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere!!
I took my 3 day old Samsung 20+ to get a screen protector.
Poor installation job, finger print could not be accessed. There was a massive line down the middle of the screen protector which they removed when I complained. Internal damage was done and concealed with UV glue which voided my warranty with Samsung and cost me $380.00 to fix.
The manager/owner was extremely rude and unwilling to deal with me when I went back 2 days later accusing me of damaging the phone myself even though I have all the paperwork from the technician at Samsung to say that the damage was as a result of 3rd party uv glue.
What a Stressful experience. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere!!

Terrible experience with telechoice shop located in Parramatta westfield just yesterday.
I recently bought a Samsung s10+ and decided to purchase a case and a screen protection.
An employee took my phone and asked me to come back 10min later. So I did, and 10min later, I came back to a phone that couldn't find my fingerprint anymore, even after updating them.
I had to ask them to remove the screen protector as I wasn't able to use it properly anymore.. and now I have glue (glue they used to put the screen protector) in the small holes of the phone speakers at the bottom of the phone and at the top of the screen and you can really hear it in the sound ... NEVER AGAIN !!!!
Telechoice Epping not good.
Would not recommend this place whatsover. As bought a phone and have been trying to get it back from repair for the last 3 months. 1st time phone got back 7 weeks later and it didn't work and again have been waiting 6 weeks for it. Time to go to Telechoice Headoffice, Consumer Affairs Victoria or A Current Affair.
Seen your last 4 week reviews and they look like reviews from the staff that work there in Google reviews.

Telechoice Epping worst customer service ever.
Absolutely terrible place. Bought a phone and have had the worst after sales service. Staff are obnoxious and rude. Avoid this place like a plague and deal with Telechoice directly themselves to buy a phone. Don't go to Telechoice Epping. If I could I would give them zero stars.
Fraud, dishonest and low quality
Telechoise Plenty Valley Westfield is one of the worst ever.
Don't be fooled by the low price.
My mob screen broke, they offered me a $30 less than any other shop so unfortunately, I went for it.
Although he promised a brand new genuine item the reality is completely the opposite.
Installed second-hand screen (they repair the screen from different customers and install it to you).
Very bad installation quality.

The team are really helpful & knowledgable with iphones, offers cost-effectice solutions/options and does not push to get all the parts replaced. Problem with camera and batteries are fixed in 30 minutes. They also gave free replacement of missing screws that previous repair did not put back!
TELECHOICE - Not Recommended
Most useless workers ever. I had taken my phone in to get a my cracked screen and battery fixed. I got it back a month later after so many visits to there melton store. I got my phone back with cracks still visible, speaker not working and home buttons not working at all. If you choose to go with telechoice you will regret it!!!

Telechoice is disgusting
Went into telechoice Penrith today to get my iPhones back screen replaced. Dodgy job to say the least. Don’t say you can fix the phone if you don’t know how to ? I now have to take my phone to Apple to be replaced and spend another $800 for it to be fixed because of all the damaged caused to my phone !! My camera is now completely blurry and the back screen is popped up. You need to let your staff know if they are unable to complete a job that they shouldn’t continue to do so and get the customers money ($200) and send them on their way. Thank you telechoice Penrith for making this 10x harder than it should be and now have to spend $800 to be fixed due to your mistakes ! To be honest I just want my money back after the dodgy job.
After discovering TeleChoice were the only mobile service provider to offer the Huawei P20 Pro on a plan and reviewing their plans online, I decided to visit a store so that I could pick one up immediately rather than waiting for it to be delivered if I signed up online. The closest store to me that day, according to their website was the CBD store. I went to the location of the CBD store last Wednesday and there was a phone repair kiosk with some TeleChoice signs, however the staff informed me that it was no longer a TeleChoice. Confused, I wa...lked outside and opened an online chat on the TeleChoice website to enquire about the location of the CBD store. The address they gave me was the location I had just visited, so they told me to call the phone number listed for the CBD store. I did, and was once again told it was not a TeleChoice store. The chat representative apologised and suggested I try another store. The following day I visited the niddrie store. When I enquired about the Huawei P20 Pro plan the staff there advised me that they did not have it in stock. When I asked if another store might have it they said 'no one carries stock of that phone, it's not popular enough'. They said they could still sign me up and order it in and then they would courier it to me when it arrived. I stupidly stayed and commenced the sign up process. 1 hour later, maybe longer, it was finished. I could have done this myself on the website faster. I would have done this on the website if I had known that some of their stores are non existant and those which are still operating don't actually carry stock. Instead, I have had my time wasted twice and it is now almost a week since I first attempted to become a TeleChoice customer and I still don't have the phone and no one can advise when I will receive it. I have tried to take this issue up with the TeleChoice head office seeing as I have a contract with them, not their agent at niddrie and they keep referring me to their agent. I keep wishing that TeleChoice had a customer service superstar who knows how to make these situations right, but they don't. Avoid TeleChoice. The information on their website is misleading. The stores list is inaccurate and they don't carry stock of the phones listed. If it weren't for the fact that they have already checked my credit file and it has left an entry and I don't want another credit file entry so soon, I would have ignored my desire for the P20 Pro and gone to a competitor who actually stocks phones in their stores.

My iPhone touch Id damaged after glass display replacement
I have given my phone for repairing for screen crack, and was assured that no other feature is going to be changed. However when I turned on my phone and tried using my apple touch id, it was totally gone, and greyed out. I tried every troubleshooting. Just didn't work. I think they have totally damaged my touch id panel. This is awful! For 85AUD to replace screen, with some horrible output? I can't believe it! How are they even allowed to be called repairer!!!!
Telechoice Melton Woodgrove shopping Centre
I took a white screen Samsung Galaxy S5 phone to replace the cracked screen- Sales person said they have a white screen to replace- then after opening my phone he said they do not have one to replace it and the only and the one they have is faulty- so he started forcing me to accept a 'black screen' on a white phone (and then me to pay them money for this deal ! what a scam !!!) phone was in working condition- It took me 2 hours 25 min -- and guess what?? now the phone does not even work and the screen is attached with the phone with an sti...cky tape!! This is the service quality level at TeleChoice Melton Woodgrove ! 2 photos attached for reference- they've handed the phone back to me in this situation (refer to photos) and sent me back home- the phone wa sin working condition!!!! Never ever again "TELECHOICE MELTON WoodGrove"!
