Suitable as a basic cordless / DECT but will definitely look for other brands and not return to this. Not worth the money since you probably get better quality with the same cost.
* OK as a basic phone.
* Configurable handset: ringtone, volume, etc.
* Ability to make calls between handsets.
* Ability to transfer a call to another handset (never tested this).
* The range could have been better, we hardly could take the handsets outdoors.
* The sound quality is modest at it's best. Have had better sound 15 years ago in cellular network handsets(analog 450 MHz and GSM).
* Poor product quality in terms of length of lifecycle. One handset broken after 12 months, got replaced under warranty repair after service provider had tried to prolong the process for weeks and get out of responsibility.
At 18 months the whole system broke - no dial tone, no incoming calls, nothing.

Excellent - works both indoors and outdoors well - volume is perfect. No complaints here! Love that we can have so many handsets around the house and still have the clarity & quality of any other phone. No interference - just great!
Love that it is multi handset compatible - we have 4 phones in the house - easy to transfer between handsets. Comfy to use - easy to navigate and love that it has a large storage space for phone numbers.
I personally have no complaints about this phone apart from perhaps the duration of charge time/talk time.. but for our use its just fine.

This a a fabulous phone that can do a great many things, when I bought it a couple of years ago mine came with three handsets (what a bargain, as the price was excellent). My phone has a phonebook, recall button, you can make calls between handsets, SMS,you can also lock your phone (very handy to stop small children dialing out) and it also has an answering machine. There are more features of this phone & I could go on forever as this phone is great value and a worthwhile purchase.
This is a great phone and it can do it all - well done Telstra.
About the only thing they didn't don on this phone was make it hands free.
