This was just what I was looking for.
The website is easy to navigate and there is a wide and diverse range to choose from. My only negative comment is that the product description stated that hanging hooks were included but they were not with my purchase.

Product doesn't look like the image on the website.
I purchased a mirror from Temple & Webster. I was expecting it to look like the mirror in the picture on their website (Miles Octagon Wall Mirror) I thought it was a really unique shape, an octagon, but taller than it is wide - so kind-of like a oval shape (but obviously with the sides shaped as an octagon). When I received it, the mirror was just a regular octagon shape, all sides equal, just as wide as it is high, not very unique at all. When I contacted customer service they told me that I have to stand at an angle to look at it and then I ...

They said I can send it back if I like, but I have to pay for the shipping and I can only get store credit since its a change of mind not a product or advertisement fault. I guess I expected a bit more transparency from a company that advertises products online only. It's not that hard to take a front on photo of a product and when the image has no context how am I meant to know that it wasn’t a front on photo? I honestly thought I was purchasing a mirror that looked like the picture... I tried to leave a review on the mirror page, not a bad one, just one notifying people that the image is taken at an angle, Temple and Webster didn't publish it. I think I find that the most frustrating. The reviews are censored so nothing is being done to make it easier for people purchasing.

No more tug of war in the night. lol
It's so easy to find what you want, so much choice and colours, and a price range that fits your budget. The quit cover I bought is a dark grey and when I washed it the colour didn't run. The quality is very high. Also you can store the items until you are ready to buy, which is great, you don't have to search again.

Beautiful frame wrong size but it's what you do right when you get it wrong!
I am always satisfied with my purchases which is why I am a repeat customer, however this time the picture frame I received was the wrong size. To Temple & Websters credit the mistake was rectified rather promptly when I emailed and asked for the size frame I ordered to be resent. Susan called me back and was super helpful in organizing a new delivery and I was allowed to keep the wrong sized frame wow!
