This was just what I was looking for.
The website is easy to navigate and there is a wide and diverse range to choose from. My only negative comment is that the product description stated that hanging hooks were included but they were not with my purchase.

Don’t expect any after sale service! I will never buy from them again!!!!!
Ordered 2 items that BOTH turned up defected. They booked in days for a collection, didn’t send a note so the delivery guy refused to collect them as no label on it. Then they finally sent the labels and then the delivery guy turned up on the wrong day. They then booked him again who turned up a different day again. Very hard to juggle this and work etc. do they expect me to sit at home for days waiting for this guy. The 3rd time again he didn’t turn up on the right day I even left the items on the front step in ver clear view from

Purchased a quilt cover set, order was delayed, then told order would be delayed FOR A YEAR
Happy to take my money, and I still see that the item is available to buy on their website.
When I purchased, I was advised it would be shipped within a couple of days.
Delayed twice, then told that now it wouldn't be sent until June 2023 - in a YEAR. Wth?

Worst online experience I ever had
It’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my order which was supposed to be dispatched within 2 business days. When contacting them online they keep telling me they’ll send an update within the next 24-48 hours but nothing ever happens. Do not buy at this shop!

Don't deal with this company
I ordered a lamp shade and they sent the wrong one, it was a different colour and shape, they wouldn't take responsibility even though I sent pics of what I ordered and what i received, so had to take them to PayPal to get my money back. There was no way they were having it that they sent the wrong one. I won the PayPal case of course because I knew what I ordered.

AVOID: Missing part to sofa: solution was a very measly refund
I have spend nearly 3 grand on a sofa, only for one of the pieces to be delivered with no legs. The solution offered was a $99 refund, if you could call that a solution, the one piece now sits at an awkward height. Very disappointed, it was a risk buying such a big piece of furniture online and I have learnt my lesson.

Sub standard product, Poor customer service …. Making the complaint process difficult
Bought three side tables … they were on sale, but didn’t expect them to have chips in them straight out of the box … look like they had been patched …. If they are selling sub standard products at a discounted rate - they should be more transparent about it! Contacted the company and was referred to the website … no customer service, no care, no responsibility ….
Only after I posted online was I contacted. Got a private message, so provided photos, but was apparently not sufficient, and made no effort to contact me directly … disappointing that they are making the complaint process so difficult for customers.
