Ordered a bedsheet and it arrived in a complete different colour (bright orange) than on the product photo's (dark rust). After going through through customer service they could luckily offer me a good solution. Happy customer again !

It's so easy to find what you want, so much choice and colours, and a price range that fits your budget. The quit cover I bought is a dark grey and when I washed it the colour didn't run. The quality is very high. Also you can store the items until you are ready to buy, which is great, you don't have to search again.

I am always satisfied with my purchases which is why I am a repeat customer, however this time the picture frame I received was the wrong size. To Temple & Websters credit the mistake was rectified rather promptly when I emailed and asked for the size frame I ordered to be resent. Susan called me back and was super helpful in organizing a new delivery and I was allowed to keep the wrong sized frame wow!

This mattress arrived within 5 days which was so appreciated. Came in a box which was so cool, the unfurling process was awesome. Only took 24 hours to bounce back. The mattress is very soft which I was not expecting as it was labelled medium. It appears to be getting softer the longer I have it and now resembles more of a water bed. The edges completely collapse when you sit on it. I would recommend this mattress if you prefer a soft mattress but not if you're looking for a medium.

Looks wonderful on the table, we just place flowers at each end for an unusual display that won't be matched from any other vase.

This office desk is beautiful and elegant. I love the parquet pattern on the desk top and the two desk drawers. The wood is solid and top quality. The desk has been beautifully constructed with round edges to stop yourself from getting scratched. There were some minor scratches on the legs of the table, but this is not a major issue. The only issue when assembling the legs of the table is that it was somewhat difficult to secure the bolts in the holes closest to the desk top due to the limited space between the bolt and desk top. The website was easy to navigate to find the products you wanted. The Customer Service Team provided great service and were prompt in their replies to my emails.
