I brought 3 table lamps and 2 were faulty. One we were able to repair and we were offered a discount. The other broke after 8 months of use. When I sought a replacement I was advised only 3 months warranty which must reflect the quality of their products. 12 months warranty should be the minimum. I was not offered any replacement despite purchasing numerous items for a new home. I will not use them again as I have lost confidence in the quality and in their customer service.
One way service
Buyer be aware, they are great to promote items, process orders and deliver. But if you have any problems with your order that is where the you will find a totally different company your dealing with.
Terrible customer support, terrible return policys, terrible complaint handling.
I bought bar stools which turned up totally a different colour as advertised, their response was that wood is older and there fore that is how they look. If you look at the advertised colour and the sent i think it is only reasonable for the two to be close.
Wet, Damaged, Slow customer service response
We ordered several larger flatpack furniture items worth $2k+. Why T&W use Allied Express is beyond me and they love to use crappy 3rd party local carriers that clearly dont care. My partial delivery so far has been 5 of the 8 packages that are all currently a week late. All have major water damage and boxes botched up with tape and absolutely a cluster f^^k. Filled in online form on their website complete with photos, get a response basically asking for photos. Yep sent that in, no response yet. One would think a quick resolve would be on the cards considering i paid for the $20 rip off free at checkout. Im thinking Im just going to go the credit card chargeback route as clearly this company is in over its head.
Item was badly damaged upon receipt. Top of buffet was completely stuffed and damaged beyond repair.
Too make matters worse I have to now somehow get rid of it!!!

Worst Customer Service in the world.
I ordered 3 x DBL bedframe from the site, money paid instantly, order arrived within the week. 2 sets were set up, nice and done, while the last set had a show stopper, missing parts. My daughter had been sleeping on the floor in the meantime as the item was halfway done.
First of all, I couldn't find the Customer Support phone number anywhere on the site. So I chatted with the online Chat. And I lodged in my issue, I emailed them too, only to get reply the next day. I received a call the next day, and I made it clear that I bought the items F...ROM TW, NOT from any dodgy supplier. the boxes were labelled by TW, not supplier. TW is not a marketplace, is it? So the CS went through part list with me, took all the details, emailed the Supplier and called the supplier TWICE while I waited, no answer. The CS said that he wouldn't be working the next day. Next day: .... I didn't get any update from TW, so I chatted again as I didn't have the phone number. The chat staff gave me eventually. But I was passed along like a dirt ball by 4 online CS. First CS, said that my missing parts would be despatched the next day. WOW, I was happy but why no one updated me that? Suddenly I was faced with second CS, said that my missing parts HAS BEEN DESPATCHED. Again, WOW, but why I had to call in to get update myself? Where's the proactiveness of CS? Third CS took over, and said that no reply from Supplier. OMG, everyone just made up stories as they went along. So That was it, i picked up the phone and called. It was a call centre in Philippines, and everyone worked from home, and no one is authorized to do anything. I talked to a CS, and I reiterated that I had a business with TW, NOT any supplier, and I asked her to understand my daughter's condition at the moment. I didn't even mind to go pick up the two metal rods from the supplier, I could drive.
Morrison bed frame missing parts!!
Bought king single Morrison industrial bed frame, arrived within 1.5 week to Perth , however as we tried to set it up , 4 missing legs out of 6 legs !!! How can you send items without quality check ?? That’s NOT GOOD ENOUGH !! I submitted photos thru productreview for proof. Please send the 4 missing legs ASAP as we had requested thru TW website problem reporting channel .
We ordered and received a Hamptons style TV / Entertainment Unit.
But wait, 44kgs of assorted wood, screws, nails, bolts, etc. etc. in a large
unmanageable box arrived. Didn’t anyone tell me you have to assemble it
yourself? ( Very very carefully read the small print )
But, I persevered, I did attempt to assemble “ Temple and Webster’s” answer
to the Rubik Cube. The unit is made in CHINA also the assembly instructions .
I struggled for the best part of a day. Eventually calling for the assistance ...of my Carpenter neighbours. “Mate, the pre drilled holes do not line up you will never assemble it” Emails and correspondence are a total waste of time. Either being ignored and not actioned. Very obviously part of “ Temple & Webster’s “ do not care policy. Ignore them they will go away! Guys, please save your money , do not purchase cheap, nasty, Chinese made rubbish from this lot!
I bought an Oscar Oak Coffee table with a shelf and an Eve Solid Timber Entertainment Unit products from T&W at the end of November 2020 and both of them came defective. The poor customer service is outrageous, since they put all the pain on the customer side. In other words, it is your responsibility to keep the original boxes, dissemble the product and post it back, and pray for a timely solution while a T&W inspector check the products and emits a final verdict to determine whether you might get a new product or not, without considering the ...long wait the entire process will take. Otherwise, you can receive a partial refund to keep the defective furniture, which is not ideal. On top of that, the reviews I wrote in the T&W website warning other customers about those defective products which did not even meet the specifications published on their website (specifically the Eve Solid Timber Entertainment Unit) were not published, which perfectly matches with the entire customer service experience. I would like discouraging customers to buy from T&W and find alternative brands. For instance, I bought my dinning set and the bedroom furniture from Freedom, and they always provided me the best possible solution with the minor issues I had with a couple of dinning chairs. Starting from their website, where you can easily report the issues, following the immediate contact from a customer care representative, and the thoughtful solution they provide, makes the entire customer service experience brilliant. You do not need to worry about anything but wait for the new products to arrive and they also will pick the faulty ones up. I will never buy from T&W again, such a painful waste of time
Expensive and poor service
Most of the furniture you would find on T&W, you can find a similar one for a much cheaper price elsewhere. Not only that if you get a bad or defective product, they would scramble to address the issue. I received one with parts missing and it has been over 2 weeks and T&W haven't been able to resolve the issue
Brought a tall boy on sale for 240. Took a life time putting it together. Cheap material 2 months later the runners don't work draws don't fit properly. I usually never write a review but this company is absolute rubbish my kids could of got injured while pulling the draws. Dog shi%
Disappointed with my order. My order was delivered with the wrong tools and instructions. No one has responded to me
waited a month for delivery, and was told it would only be a week. The bed was delivered with the wrong instructions and building tools, I cannot use it now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
We ordered the Chesterfield Day Bed (with trundle) including both mattresses that T&W recommended. One of the mattresses - The Chiro Plush Euro Top Pocket Spring Mattress DOES NOT FIT. Its way too tall for the trundle so it won't slide under the lounge, and way too tall for the top of the lounge - so much so, you need to actually climb up to get onto the bed, completely defeating the purpose of a lounge look. Obviously its completely unusable so we put a request in to swap it out for a smaller mattress that will actually fit. REMEMBER - this wa...s T&W's mattress recommendation, not ours. Not only did it take T&W over a week to reply, but they immediately dismissed it as a non returnable item. Well thats fine if its being used, but IT DOES NOT FIT!!!! I've simply requested for someone to call me so it can be swapped and your website changed so nobody else has the same issue. I'm still waiting. This is completely unreasonable and the product completely unusable. We've spent close to $1000 and no one even has the courtesy to talk to me, and of course you can't get through on their line. PLEASE do the honest and professional thing Temple & Webster and exchange the unused and unusable mattresses!

Do not buy this bed or any other product. They are professional returns and complaints avoiders. As for the bed , the exterior supports have joins in the middle which rest on flimsy welded lightweight tin. The paint job is absolute garbage and our frame had multiple failed welds at key joins. Then try returning something!!! No phone contact at all. Long and convoluted online chat with someone overseas. Absolute nightmare of a company with no consumer support. Do not buy this cheap made garbage.
weeks and weeks of communicating with them still no refund
Received the rug which is not as shown in the picture, was not delivered on the day they advised, for weeks the advised they were waiting for a response for a supplier, requested a refund many times but they make excuses and no refund.
I received a damaged table and after being told that a case manager would assist me within 24-48 hours I have had no response.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the product.
