The site was very easy to navigate. I looked at other products from online stores and T7W was definitely the easiest to review a product, go back and find it, show a pic of it to my daughter and make sure she loved it too. The BEST part of this process though was the after sales follow up. The first mirror delivered was broken. Reporting this problem was really easy and the best part was clicking the link to the online support person who prioritised the replacement for me because it was for my daughter's birthday. The replacement came very soon after her birthday (the same week) so it was the best possible outcome in these circumstances. Plus she loves it, it's really stable and beautiful! I loved the octagonal shape.

Purchased a TV Unit (Anderson) and received 2X number 5 parts instead of part number 5 and a 6. I cannot finish building the TV unit as i am missing part number 6 and currently have a half built tv unit in my house.

Bought this unique and stylish coffee table online from Temple & Webster. The best part about it was it did not need any assembly. After unboxing it, found out that the table had slight paint damage on the side for which Temple & Webster were happy to offer a 50% refund so no complaints. Happy customer, will definitely return!
