Tender Gourmet Butchery

Meat was excellent, service was great, staff attended to my small requests as well! Good prices and great variety. I was a bit sceptical when buying because of previous reviews, but seems the reviews say the butchers just swear a lot. I didn’t experience this, but regardless I’m just after good meat and delivery, and good service and these ticked all the boxes!! Will be ordering again. Thanks guys, Tara

Best Butcher in Sydney hands down – I order from them monthly with delivery and not once have I been disappointed or let down by the quality I receive. They were a godsend during the lockdown and will always have my gratitude and loyalty. The products are top notch, fresh and taste amazing. Everything is well packed and labelled and my extra instructions are always met. The team really cares about their customers as I have never had a problem. Thanks Mike and the team

Disappointed in the abuse – I was very disappointed to see an Instagram response by Tender Gourmet Butchery to a person politely raising concerns about the platform (2Gb) the shop uses for advertising. The response by Tender Gourmet Butchery was to call the concerned person a "C" word. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend buying from a shop that treats people with such disrespect.

Deceitful – I ordered scotch fillet online. The first order was a good quality, fresh, red colour and beautiful cut meat. They extended their promotion so I ordered it again for the second time, but this time was such a disappointment. The meat is turning black and poorly cut. mentioning my disappointment and until now (almost a month) I have NOT received any response. Such a deceitful seller! I attached photos of the meat and yes, it is not a shadow, it’s actually the meat turning black.

Abusive – Became abusive after a reasonable message. Used disgusting and unwarranted language and called them a pos and the c word, with other expletives. Clearly the owner believes its ok to speak to women this way, unwarranted.

Unprofessional – On being asked their rationale for advertising on a radio program that ignores the rights of individuals, the owner of this business responded with only abuse and swearing. Unprofessional to say the very least, and hopefully not indicative of the mindset of the business as a whole.
