I was sent used and worn Bondi 7s from Athletes Foot!
Really disappointed with The Athlete's Foot Australia - I made an online purchase, which arrived on Wednesday.. there were stones embedded in the shoe tread and dirt had attempted to be washed off the bottom of the shoes.
Photos were emailed through to Athletes foot.
I am absolutely shocked that you would resell worn and used shoes to customers - even going against your own terms and conditions for the returns policy.

Fantastic staff who were friendly, professional and really cared about getting the right fit for me and the best shoe. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this store and staff to anyone wanting quality shoes that fit well.

I went through the process off fitting shoes with a lady instore and she assisted me with a few pairs. I eventually ended up with a pair of NB shoes which was the perfect fit. When she opened the box I immediately said I smell a dead cat.........she and her colleague laughed and said it is a chemical the supplier sprays on and it will go away in a while. The smell was and is horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took the shoes off outside the shop and slipped on my old pair. I thought I'd put them in my laundry until the smell goes away........IT HAS NEVE...

Paid nearly $400 for a pair of Hoku runners just to be told no returns if theyre uncomfortable, when I questioned this policy I was told I was being rude!
The shoes are a talky great thanks but I will be getting the next pair elsewhere for being made to feel like crap by your store employee at Greenhills Shopping centre East Maitland ..

Purchased some shoes from Athletes Foot a few weeks ago and noted that they are currently doing an EOFY sale, so had a look on their website to see if the same shoe (which I am loving) is on sale. Unfortunately they weren't, so chatted with someone online to see if there was something similar in the same brand that was on sale. Very quickly, they were able to locate me a similar style, same brand with better support than the shoe that I had!

I Always get what I need. Being aged I always get great advice and service with patience for elderly. My last two visits the staff were very professional and caring. The manager in CHATSWOOD was very confident and knowledgeable, Hamish in Warriewood went the extra mile for me also with good caring skills.

I went to the Elizabeth store on 22/04/22 to find some shoes that wouldn't cause two of my toenails to discolour. I was served by Aiden T who had to detach himself from his female sales companion who seemed more intent on talking to him than letting him deal with a customer (me). Aiden was very professional and assessed my feet using their technology and explained the results to me. He made some suggestions to me and I tried on two different brands. The Asics were the best fit for me so I purchased them for $269.99. I have exercised in them twice daily since purchasing them and have never been happier with a shoe purchasing experience or the product I purchased.

The best service ever from Chase, busy time of the day, Chase was on his own helping customers in the best way anybody could do, no stress and polite, professional young man.
After a shocking service at Rebel sport this experience was the best. If any body needs shoes go to Athlete foot foot Carrousel ask for Chase.

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals on line. They arrived very quickly. Only one pair suited me. This pair unfortunately arrived with a very noticeable dark discolouration on one strap. I returned them to a retail store who gladly returned the two unwanted pairs but were unable to help with a partial refund on the faulty pair. Went to athletes foot because I have flat feet but do a lot of exercise. I expected them to find a shoe which would be right for me because they advertise themselves as “the best” . Shoes I bought are too big and uncomfortable and cost me $260. Very very disappointed. Will never return to this store and would not recommend them to anyone.

The shoes were recommended by staff at the Rouse Hill store. They were super soft and made every other shoe feel very firm and hard soled in comparison. Shoes like Asics/Brooks that I would normally purchase felt primitive and hard when tried on in comparison in the store. After wearing them for several different occasions over several days I have realised they are absolutely dangerous and terrible to walk in. They cause you to bounce around and lose footing on any kind of surface. They feel like trudging through soft beach sand and use up all your energy just to walk in the damn things. Dont buy this rubbish.

Last review I said the sales staff were dreadful, at Camberwell athletes foot. Today it couldn’t have been more different, we had a young man called Lachlan, he was knowledgeable, honest, helpful and we left with a great pair of runners. Thanks Lachlan, you’ve restored my faith in Athletes foot!

I ordered my running shoes and got them two days later which is almost a miracle nowadays. Shoes are perfect, no complaints!

I purchased two pairs of oncloud running shoes. Easy enough, good price, good stock etc, perfectly fine re delivery, except when my addressed package arrived what was inside were two pairs of children's shoes and a docket in another persons name. Went along to the Athletes Foot here in Hobart TAS to buy a pair of sneakers. I am in my seventies and need a correct fitting pair of sneakers as I go in Parkruns. I use to buy sneakers at Kmart but this time I wanted properly fitted sneakers so thought I would go along to the Athletes Foot to use their equipment to get a correct fitting. The shop is very nicely set out and being elderly was a little intimidated as it looked like it is geared for a much younger clientele.
