Took them to the store in Eastland and were told we couldn't return them through the store (even though the website says that you can). OK, no problem, we'll send them back. Read more We've been told that it clearly states in their return policy that we can't tape a box closed. It actually says 'SHOES in original condition in the original box' nothing about the 'condition' of the box. We taped it closed so that the shoes remained in 'original condition'.
