VERY BAD!!!!!!!Selling me stinky shoes and blaming the supplier!!!!!!
I went through the process off fitting shoes with a lady instore and she assisted me with a few pairs. I eventually ended up with a pair of NB shoes which was the perfect fit. When she opened the box I immediately said I smell a dead cat.........she and her colleague laughed and said it is a chemical the supplier sprays on and it will go away in a while. The smell was and is horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took the shoes off outside the shop and slipped on my old pair. I thought I'd put them in my laundry until the smell goes away........IT HAS NEVE...R LEFT MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I phoned the store up today reminding the gentleman whom also laughed at the smell and he told me that the smell will not go away because it is a factory treatment..........what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've spent $189 on shoes I don't want to wear and they seem not to worry at all!!! I would like to exchange for the same shoe, JUST NOT A SMELLY PAIR. I need help........hope they so care as they say??
Paid nearly $400 for a pair of Hoku runners just to be told no returns if theyre uncomfortable, when I questioned this policy I was told I was being rude!
The shoes are a talky great thanks but I will be getting the next pair elsewhere for being made to feel like crap by your store employee at Greenhills Shopping centre East Maitland ..

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals on line. They arrived very quickly. Only one pair suited me. This pair unfortunately arrived with a very noticeable dark discolouration on one strap. I returned them to a retail store who gladly returned the two unwanted pairs but were unable to help with a partial refund on the faulty pair. I could return them as no replacement stock was available. As I was happy with the pair of sandals but not happy to pay full price I embarked on an attempt to communicate with customer service. After being on the phone for 16 ...minutes on two separate days an automated message advised me to use email or live chat. Tried these lines of communication but kept receiving a generic reply by email re returns and never addressing my question. My conclusion is there are no customer service people at all but a computer responsding to trigger words in the emails. The telephone number they provide is a sham. Customer service is only a token service. From now on I will shop in store only. Very dissapointing!!!!!!!
Hoka One One terrible
The shoes were recommended by staff at the Rouse Hill store. They were super soft and made every other shoe feel very firm and hard soled in comparison. Shoes like Asics/Brooks that I would normally purchase felt primitive and hard when tried on in comparison in the store. After wearing them for several different occasions over several days I have realised they are absolutely dangerous and terrible to walk in. They cause you to bounce around and lose footing on any kind of surface. They feel like trudging through soft beach sand and use up all your energy just to walk in the damn things. Dont buy this rubbish.

I purchased two pairs of oncloud running shoes. Easy enough, good price, good stock etc, perfectly fine re delivery, except when my addressed package arrived what was inside were two pairs of children's shoes and a docket in another persons name. Tried calling a few times that day 1/9 and got cut off after 15 mins waiting time each time. Sent an email and got a bounceback offering 'helpful' suggestions. Tried to call the next day, same issue, though I did reach a human who said they were the wrong department and couldn't redirect my call. The h...old music is designed to make you hang up immediately, it wouldn't be out of place in a captive hostage situation. So I texted the owner of the children's shoes, because all of her info was on the docket - address, phone, email etc. She had also been trying to get in touch. Nothing. On the 3/9 we decided between us we would mail each others shoes to each other and then try and get TAF to reimburse our postage. Both of us received our shoes the next day, QLD to NSW. It is now the 10/9 and after tweeting, emailing, phoning, instagram and facebook messaging, both publicly and in DM all I have had is a generic reply on insta that due to Covid, deliveries and refunds are delayed. Neither of which are in my actual complaint. The live chat function on the website is useless, it just spits out 'suggestions' and then asks if they were helpful. A few days after my delivery we got a 'feedback' email from TAF. They got some feedback alright, but no reply. I tried emailing one more time yesterday, but got an undelivered message as their mail box is full... full of complaints I would imagine. What on earth is going on? I can only imagine the irritation if the shoes I did buy hadn't fit, or I did need a refund. At the moment I am out of pocket some $25 odd for postage, but a small price to pay for some poor mother to get her kids school shoes. I get it, its a pandemic, but everything is online, to not even reply, or respond to any of those queries across all platforms beggars belief. Hopeless. Never again.

OVERCHARGHED AND NO REFUND?
I was overcharged at the Doncaster store. I have emailed and rung for the past week, with underwhelming communication and zero result. Firstly I was told to show bank statement and to come back in.
Apparently They cant see transactions on their end - I find this difficult to believe from a big chain company - what suddenly they have no digital information? I sent them my bank proof. I'm not in a position to spend my time and money going back to the store- a 30 minute drive one way. The store lady made the error, not me and yet Im being told to...
Got sold dodgy shoes that ripped
I paid $220 for dedicated trail running shoes that tore the first time I wore them. Athlethe's Foot can get away with not refunding me by saying that it's because of misuse. How is using a trail running shoe on a trail misusing them? Would never buy anything from any of their stores ever again. Have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading (Qld). I should never have bought shoes like this from someone who obviously isn't a runner.
Very bad customer service by the store manager in parramatta store don’t even deserve one star
I ordered a shoes from Paraamatta store a week after I received a phone call from the manager ready for pick up I went to pick shoes was damage wasn’t check before calling customer then the manager promised me will order new one from supplier but I have to wait another week again no one called me I called a week after I was told the shoes arrived went to pick up DAMAGE shoes AGAIN wasn’t checked AGAIN waste it my time going to the shop tow times manager said not its fault don’t care?
I paid full price $169 for DAMAGE SHOES
Called head office spoke to Sophie said they franchise and she didn’t care
or do any thing about it I will never purchase any thing from them again
Cheap made runners
the runners i bought fell apart after 2 days the soles fell off & the stitching came undone. Staff did not care no after sales service refused to refund only wanted to give me an exchange

What warranty is there on shoes purchased from athletes foot. Mesh fabric above big toe has failed twice...wearing socks and no gnarly toe nail.....fabric is not fit for purpose. First shoe in less than 1 year second shoe less than 6 months. Both purchased in store at lismore nsw.
