Exceptional customer service
A big shout out to Zoe at the Chadstone store for her exceptional customer service this afternoon. I find it extremely difficult to source suitable runners and as such am a challenging customer. She was amazing and so patient. Thanks to Zoe’s efforts I purchased a great fitting pair of shoes.
Customer service
Good customer service is hard to find these days, especially with more and more stores moving toward self service but Sophie from the Garden City WA store has guaranteed a repeat customer from her quality service this weekend. Thank you for caring about the customers and our needs, Sophie, you made our shopping experience an excellent one.

Worst customer service
Bought a pair of Mizuno shoes for basketball. The sales person said they were good for basketball. Exactly after 2 months I took them back to the store because they were too slippery on court. The manager said they are not basketball shoes and I shouldn't have bought them. $230 and I had to buy new shoes. So irresponsible.
VERY BAD!!!!!!!Selling me stinky shoes and blaming the supplier!!!!!!
I went through the process off fitting shoes with a lady instore and she assisted me with a few pairs. I eventually ended up with a pair of NB shoes which was the perfect fit. When she opened the box I immediately said I smell a dead cat.........she and her colleague laughed and said it is a chemical the supplier sprays on and it will go away in a while. The smell was and is horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took the shoes off outside the shop and slipped on my old pair. I thought I'd put them in my laundry until the smell goes away........IT HAS NEVE...
Read moreR LEFT MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I phoned the store up today reminding the gentleman whom also laughed at the smell and he told me that the smell will not go away because it is a factory treatment..........what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've spent $189 on shoes I don't want to wear and they seem not to worry at all!!! I would like to exchange for the same shoe, JUST NOT A SMELLY PAIR. I need help........hope they so care as they say??Find out how The Athlete's Foot compares to other Footwear Shops & Brands

Great Service and Quick Delivery
Purchased some shoes from Athletes Foot a few weeks ago and noted that they are currently doing an EOFY sale, so had a look on their website to see if the same shoe (which I am loving) is on sale. Unfortunately they weren't, so chatted with someone online to see if there was something similar in the same brand that was on sale. Very quickly, they were able to locate me a similar style, same brand with better support than the shoe that I had!
I placed my order online, and the next day, they arrived!
I love the style of shoe, and they are a comfo...

Wonderful customer service provided by Hamish at Warriewood store.
I Always get what I need. Being aged I always get great advice and service with patience for elderly. My last two visits the staff were very professional and caring. The manager in CHATSWOOD was very confident and knowledgeable, Hamish in Warriewood went the extra mile for me also with good caring skills.

Discrimination
Purchased my Sister a pair of Brooks gym shoes for Christmas from The Athlete's Foot East Maitland NSW, After a month of using the shoes at the gym they started to peel, I told her to take them back into the East Maitland Store as they are faulty and see what they can do.
The EXTREMELY rude sales staff (Assistant Manger, Acting Manger for that week) [Name Removed] spoke down to her and she left confused on what was happening, my sister has brain damage and just didn't understand what the process was. I made a follow up call a few days later ju...
Read morest asking what was happening spoke with [Name Removed] and was spoken to EXTREMLEY rudely telling me its not something that happens over night and its the company ([Name Removed]) make the call on what happens. I just said that's fine I'm just following up as I paid and my sister didn't understand. Didn't bother starting a disagreement about his attitude as I was hopeful [Name Removed] would approve the exchange and problem solved. [Name Removed] called me the Friday of that week and advised me that the exchange had been approved but the shoes I had purchased are no longer made and asked if my sister was happy to come into store and pick another pair, I said that's no problem we will come in this afternoon, easy done. I called my sister to tell her to wait for me as [Name Removed] has already had massive attitude every time we spoke with him for no reason and didn't want her to have to deal with that as it should of been a simple exchange , [Name Removed] words "He has no say on the approval of an exchange due to faulty shoes". My sister ended up going over by her self, She walked in asked to speak with the Manager ([Name Removed]) and was told he was just finishing lunch, she went to the Toilet while she waiting and when she walked back to the store she could see [Name Removed] standing on the door watching the way she walks (Yes she walked with a limp and has a quite large skin graft scar on her leg) and before she could even enter the door he yelled out "Its the way you walk" she tired to defend herself but [Name Removed] continued to belittle her in a store full of people until the point she was in tears telling him "He owes her an apology, [Name Removed] then said "I'm just tell you the truth" and walked away leaving her there crying. Another staff member ([Name Removed]) then came up to her and Apologized for the way she was treated and fixed her exchange.- Verified
Poor return policy
I contacted The Athletes Foot Customer Service Team. I wasn’t happy with the outcome. The shoes were bought online after I had been into the Athletes Foot shop at Town Hall in the city. They advised me to get a Size 8. However, as they did not have the colour I wanted I went ahead and purchased the Size 8 in black online.
After noticing the defect, I contacted Athletes Foot Customer Service and was asked to send in photos which I did, and via pictures only, they decided not to support my request for a replacement and told me they think I o...

The best service ever from Chase, busy time of the day, Chase was on his own helping customers in the best way anybody could do, no stress and polite, professional young man.
After a shocking service at Rebel sport this experience was the best. If any body needs shoes go to Athlete foot foot Carrousel ask for Chase.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I purchased shoes for my daughter which were too small. They didn’t have any shoes in her size and told me they have an exchange only policy. The four styles they had my daughter would settle on were not available in her size because they didn’t have them in stock. Their inventory was depleted. They told me that I should exchange them for clothes. When I asked for the managers email or contact info the manager told me he couldn’t give it to me. I lost $90 and now have a pair of shoes which are of no use to me or my daughter. This is in Chicago Ridge Mall.

on line customer service
I purchased 3 pairs of sandals on line. They arrived very quickly. Only one pair suited me. This pair unfortunately arrived with a very noticeable dark discolouration on one strap. I returned them to a retail store who gladly returned the two unwanted pairs but were unable to help with a partial refund on the faulty pair. I could return them as no replacement stock was available. As I was happy with the pair of sandals but not happy to pay full price I embarked on an attempt to communicate with customer service. After being on the phone for 16 ...
Read moreminutes on two separate days an automated message advised me to use email or live chat. Tried these lines of communication but kept receiving a generic reply by email re returns and never addressing my question. My conclusion is there are no customer service people at all but a computer responsding to trigger words in the emails. The telephone number they provide is a sham. Customer service is only a token service. From now on I will shop in store only. Very dissapointing!!!!!!!Worst shoes ever bought
Went to athletes foot because I have flat feet but do a lot of exercise. I expected them to find a shoe which would be right for me because they advertise themselves as “the best” . Shoes I bought are too big and uncomfortable and cost me $260. Very very disappointed. Will never return to this store and would not recommend them to anyone.
Sales staff at the DFO Moorabbin are disgusting
The DFO Moorabbin today .
They have two staff member .the male accused my 7year old of stealing a $10 note that he was holding .

On top of this there was ...
