Fantastic staff who were friendly, professional and really cared about getting the right fit for me and the best shoe. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this store and staff to anyone wanting quality shoes that fit well.

Good customer service is hard to find these days, especially with more and more stores moving toward self service but Sophie from the Garden City WA store has guaranteed a repeat customer from her quality service this weekend. Purchased some shoes from Athletes Foot a few weeks ago and noted that they are currently doing an EOFY sale, so had a look on their website to see if the same shoe (which I am loving) is on sale. Unfortunately they weren't, so chatted with someone online to see if there was something similar in the same brand that was on sale. Very quickly, they were able to locate me a similar style, same brand with better support than the shoe that I had!

I Always get what I need. Being aged I always get great advice and service with patience for elderly. My last two visits the staff were very professional and caring. The manager in CHATSWOOD was very confident and knowledgeable, Hamish in Warriewood went the extra mile for me also with good caring skills.

The best service ever from Chase, busy time of the day, Chase was on his own helping customers in the best way anybody could do, no stress and polite, professional young man.

I walk between 15km to 20km a day for work and was experiencing a lot of pain in my feet. The friendly sales person listened when I explained I needed the shoes for work. She then took me through the fitting process where they analyze your requirements. I was then given 4 different types of shoes to try and I ended up selecting Brooks Adrenaline 21 for $240 and I also purchased the inner-soles for $30 (I need the extra cushioning as I am older). I had a problem with the comfort and fit of my shoes and because of covid it was well outside the normal exchange of 30 days. I rang and spoke with Kat who offered to see if she could organise for the Epping store to exchange. No issue at all. Thanks Athlete Foot. I feel well looked after and a valued customer. After the usual issues with they don't fit when buying shoes online. Absolutely no question of refund & done immediately. New replacement shoes were sent and delivered within 24 hours. Astounding. Fit perfectly & everyone was just great, helpful and understanding. Very Happy. I'll be back.

Simply put, they find the right fit for you. Very friendly in store. When ordering online the orders are processed and shipped in a day. Very surprised how quick orders are delivered. Very very happy with the transactions I've had with them. There returns are pretty generous too. You have 30 days to return. Gives you a bit of time to work out how the shoe is for you.

I ordered shoes yesterday morning and they just arrived and it’s still morning. Less than 24 hours!! I spoke on the phone to a sales person in local Athletes Foot Store. Based on previous purchases and my feedback to him, he suggested the best shoes for me. I ordered them on line and Bingo! They fit! Great job Athletes Foot!!

Having been a long time customer of The Athlete's Foot with no issues and having received generally good service at most of the stores I have shopped at, it was reassuring to know that the first time I had an issue and put their fit guarantee to the test, they exceeded my expectations. Bought some hard to find Adidas UltraBoost runners on Sunday afternoon, online.. they were delivered to me by Tuesday morning.. very comfy, gorgeous colour! Very happy with product and service!
