The information about individual wines is helpful and the service is terrific. I like that I can sample wines from different locations and the pricing is attractive.

Helpful staff, prompt service and good quality wines at reasonable prices. I won't buy wines from O/S with the exception sometimes of "Bubbles" Think we should support our local businesses.

Have ordered 4 boxes of wine so far and yet to have a bottle I haven’t enjoyed. My only source of wine from now on.

I know my wine and prefer pedigreed wines not "exclusive bottlings". Excellent range , quality and value if you look, including international wine. Too many promos.

No promised two bottles of Taylor's Shiraz or wine glasses. Black Duck Durif very sour. Not our expectations of an Aus big red. Extremely disappointed.

Yes - marketing too aggressive for my liking. Prices and delivery fine. Mixes about 50:50 with respect to my tastes - perhaps another marketing ploy - mixing the good with the not so good (certainly not bad) or perhaps just not enough feedback from me. However, it is the aggressive marketing that gives me bias towards the negative judgement.

Certainly active promoters of their services, to the point of overkill? Range is good and prices reasonable, especially if you shop per promotions, however as a longtime member of another established wine 'club' I find the selling techniques employed are a little too enthusiastic for my needs

The wines from The Australian Wine are always wonderful and much better than anything you can get at a normal bottle shop, and so much more reasonable in price. I am discovering more each day about enjoying wine and food.

Good wines at a reasonable price. Only concern was the long time to deliver. It took approx 10 or more days to deliver the wines.

The Australian Wine curates the wine for me. When I buy wine I am confident that that I won't get any duds. And the prices are a lot lower than I'd pay in a bottle shop for the same quality.

Australian wines would achieve a 5 star review barring one issue - marketing.
If you are like us, you would not be 'opting in' for promotional information, beyond perhaps an email flagging a sale.
We value our privacy, and take a dim view of companies calling my mobile number, on so many occasions my partner will no longer pick up her phone - and no message is left, though I do note the calling number is AU Wine.
The other issue (..and yes I have buckled by doing one), is the continual pressing for assessments, which appears to be the norm...

I purchased an advent calendar and it did not arrive in time for 1 December. I have emailed since 23 November asking where it is with no response — I just wanted someone to explain to me what the hold up was and why the tracking number didn’t work. They shouldn’t have sold advent calendars if they could not deliver by December ... Christmas present ruined. Still no response and no wine.

Ordering process was simple, product arrived with a few days, and the wine, well it's nearly all gone, so tick, tick.

Nearly all of the reds you offer are Shiraz.Why? How about some Cabernet blends.Also, Australian wines are overpriced. In Italy and France top shelf wines can be purchased for a much fairer price.

Call re Xmas special offers(which I accepted), followed ib a few days by email that regular order would consist of a Xmas cadalog offer (which for me was not long after last order received). I assume others were also surprised by this, and good that phone call included easy cancellation option.
