Didn't receive advertised product.
No promised two bottles of Taylor's Shiraz or wine glasses. Black Duck Durif very sour. Not our expectations of an Aus big red. Extremely disappointed.
Nearly all of the reds you offer are Shiraz.Why? How about some Cabernet blends.Also, Australian wines are overpriced. In Italy and France top shelf wines can be purchased for a much fairer price.
Needs to be put down for some time.
The Lake Breeze is too heavily weighted with tannin so far, but I have enjoyed Lake Breeze in the past, so hope that there will be better balance if I keep it a couple of years.
Experienced issues with delivery times and lack of feedback.
No correspondence received on delivery advice. Wine eventually turned up after about 10 days without any notice , this was for a Sydney CBD SARA. I initiated a call to find out where the delivery was at to be told it would be out soon.
Stuffed up my delivery - TWICE!
Wrong street number recorded, so Fastway Couriers couldn't deliver, so they just took parcel back to depot on the other side of the city! Why don't Fastway CALL ME if they cannot deliver??? The correct address was 2 mins away...Why use such a lazy and inept courier company?
Then I ring Australian Wine to get them to instruct courier to redeliver to correct address and delete the wrong address from the account. 2 days later, no wine delivery, so I ring Australian Wine again...Once again, I had to instruct them to delete the incorrect address fr...om my account even though the first person I spoke to said they had deleted it, and ask them to instruct courier company to redeliver to correct address... Still haven't received wine yet. And this is the second time the delivery address has been screwed up!
Late delivery, almost two weeks from date of order. Poor communication, sent an email regarding status of delivery and tracking number not working. No reply to email at all, ended up calling directly to find out the status. If deliveries are to be unusually late, you should communicate to your customers.
Poor communication and lengthy delays
I have ordered from this company before without too many issues, but this latest order was a disaster.
There was a lengthy delay from when I ordered to me realising the delivery hadn't arrived and there must have been a problem.
I then had to send more than 2 emails before anyone responded to me to tell me that they had run out of stock.
I then followed up a week later and got a generic response apologising for the delay.
At no point did I get the follow up emails that were promised to update me on the status of the order, and at no stage were they proactive or communicative about anything.
I will think twice before ordering from them again.
Webpage has problems
After arranging a delivery on the net, the page crashed. When I hit it back all seemed fine. After completion I noticed the delivery address was wrong. Tried to phone twice, also emailed, all for nothing. Still waiting for delivery. Very poor service
Wine is good, after-sales service is non-existent
Have bought many cases and always been happy with the quality of the wine. Two weeks ago I responded to an offer that included a free magnum if you bought two cases from the "Champions" range. The magnum didn't arrive with the cases so I emailed asking why. The brochure did say there was a limited stock of the magnums but I wasn't alerted to any unavailability as I placed my order. I emailed asking why I didn't receive the magnum but two weeks later I still haven't had a reply. I get rather disappointed with any business that is extremely eager and ready to communicate when generating new business but completely ignores you when there's a problem.
I would suggest that you avoid using this company. I say this because they are not able to meet the delivery instructions that I requested and they have been unwilling to return my telephone calls.
The majority of these wines are 2018 and have a real bite to them,too young for consumption now.as an example the quarter horse cab Shiraz value more like $5 bottle

The discount voucher received with my initial offer was not valid which was annoying and despite a good write up on the many wines recommended ,they were very average. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to wine.

Hello, can someone from The Australian Wine please explain how my order has been sent to the wrong address 3 (THREE) times and I have still not received any tracking number to track my delivery. Could someone from Australian Wines please explain how it takes a month and numerous phone calls and online chats to receive a case of NOTHING?? Can someone from The Australian Wines please explain how there is no accountability or management intervention when a customer repeatedly has to chase up an order placed and paid for weeks earlier. No communication, no intervention and no idea how to treat customers - that must be the mission statement from this poorly managed company. Here's a philosophy you might need to adopt going forward with your poorly structured business - "If you don't look after your customers, someone else will".
