Customer Service Not Great
**Amendment** After 3 attempts I was able to get someone to answer the phone. It turns the email I received was written in a way that didn't exactly explain the situation. I read it differently. I am assured my missing item is still on the way to me. Meaning there were 2 shipments with the my order from 2 different warehouses. This is what was no explained. I am yet to receive the missing item as yet. So I have amended my review and I may look at it again down the track depending on how many transactions I have with the Beauty club.
...Joined the beauty club as it was the only place that i could find the hair products I was looking for. Not happy with $35 joining fee but had no choice in that. Placed my first order and it was received and it was wrong. Sent an email and advised your order is coming. They didn't even read the email. Tried calling the so called customer service # and it just goes to a message saying the person you are trying to call is not available. I would be cautious before joining up. Already up nearly $200 and no customer service to fix the mistakes.

Hi there, I bought some cosmetics on 26/2 but no order confirmation and certainly no shipping information so far. I’ve tried to email but it was bounced back 3 times. Called a few times and not available. This is a scam, I will file a dispute with my bank if I dont hear anything from you by tomorrow. This is my first time shopping here and will be the last, will not recommend it to anyone else

I tried making a payment by using my husband’s card. The first card was a credit card and it was locked by the issuer. The second card was rejected by your website also. Please advise.
