Worst Customer Service EVER!
Blinds measured and installation commenced. Proper materials not supplied and had to be reordered. Initial installer applied silicone to the rendered wall which he failed to remove and was left dripping off the wall. They left a mess everywhere including metal shavings - not great when you have little kids running around.
Waited for a period of 4 months for someone to return after many attempts to call and be told someone will call back which never happened. Thankfully the new guy on the job was on the ball and quickly realized that the blinds ...
Good product but Very poor customer service
Got amplimesh security door from them as my contact was forwarded to them . Very quick to come out to do initial site quote. Installer was supposed to come out to do site measure once deposit was paid but waited 2 weeks and no one called to arrange it .Had to call to chase up for that. George the sale rep that came out felt like he was only interested in getting the job, very poor follow up from then after deposit was paid ended up waiting 2 months for the door to be installed (Had to chase it up as well ) and they installed it with the incorrect lock that I ordered. Communication from sales to installation team very poor. Was going to get other doors done but I am not going with them again .
Really happy with the service and how easy it all was. However, the awnings make lots of rattling noises in the wind, sounds like someone's knocking on the door and awaken us from our sleep. But they do help keep the heat and glare out perfectly.
Good job completed before Xmas
Two screen doors fitted before Xmas which was the main request. A second visit to confirm measurements was not mentioned at first and there was some reservation about meeting the Xmas deadline but it was met with about 3 weeks to spare.

Gave me a quote, took my deposit then refused to do the job.
These guys gave me a quote, took my large deposit then refused to do the job. That's very unprofessional. I won't deal with them again and suggest you don't either.
Great after sales service
Extremely happy with our blinds. But even happier with their after sales service. After having a minor problem with one blind (was taken down by painter and not replaced correctly) I received excellent service by Chris and Josh.
The problem was fixed in a timely manner and I could not be happier.
Would strongly recommend The Blind Factory.

Began by emailing just to ask for a quote and a few days later Andrew P was there to help me choose the correct blinds for my house, answer all my questions and provide a free quote on the spot. Deciding on which blinds was made a lot easier with his knowledge of each products suitability. Also, the two gents who came to do the installations were nice to deal with and quite quick as well. Solid job by the Blind Factory team.

Do you supply and install venition blinds
I arranged for block out blinds and see out blinds that cannot be seen in from outside only.
Do you have knife hinges as an option (they fit top and bottom edges and are less obvious than butt hinges)?

To whom it may concern, I have always loved your jingles but your latest one regarding ‘iso’ now has to be removed because it has been distressing me to be reminded about our new harsh lockdown restrictions just released yesterday.
