I have no complaints re service it was excellent and samples sent.Blind delivery well packed and arrived safely.No instructions came with Blind either.I contacted and was able to download information how to put blind up.However we needed an extension in bracket to be able to put blind up over an old window and café curtains.We tried Spotlight and numerous blind places and hardwares and end result had to get one custom made by a joinery.So perhaps this needed for buying customers of The blinds Department even if a small surcharge was added I would be very happy.
