Worst sale person !!!!
Worst ever customers service by the sale person working in 216 dollhouse Miranda on 29-11-2020. He use word “crap “ and was rude till the time we get out of the store. Just went to buy dress and was so so disappointed that he actually Was rude while I picked same dress in two different size and said do not take all dress though I checked on me and I didn’t even say a word. When I was replacing the dresses I picked and said “ u took the dress but didn’t even buy it “. Never will come to this store. Worst ever store that I have visited !!!!!!
Don not buy through online store
Do not buy online. Formal dress ordered and paid for 14 weeks ago. Very poor communication and avoidance through their sales online email address. No direct phone number make contact in regards of a delivery date. Basically fraud!
Castle Hill worst customer service
Deborah is the rudest staff member ever... can’t believe her attitude.. would never shop at the castle hill store again.. didn’t end up purchasing anything.. didn’t make an effort to help me find a particular style
Worst possible customer service
My daughter bought a dress and went to return 20 days later unworn with receipt. Shop woman was rude,shouted at my daughter and said NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE GO AWAY.
Worst Service Ever!!
The girl ordered the wrong colour for me, then the wrong size. No one contacted me as promised. I have to come down to the store for a few times and every time I got a different answer. And I ask for a refund, its been 3 months now, no reply, no contact, nothing!! Worst experience ever!!!

They did not deliver our dress when promised, we had to go to store and were given a replacement dress bacause wear date was upon us. They gave us a second hand dirty dress. No apology, rude and unresponsive staff

Ok, so I commented on their Instagram for it to just get deleted. So for the first time, I'll warn others this way....my daughter and I went into this store yesterday formal/prom dress shopping. The service was absolutely appalling. Girls gossiping behind the counter, not even acknowledging us when we walked through the door into their shop. They were on the phone the entire time. There was crap all over the floor, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Shoes laying everywhere from where they had been tried on with dresses. The way ...staff treated the dresses totally turned us off wanting to purchase....dragging them on the dirty floor into the change rooms. I found pins in dresses hanging (myself as I was looking through the racks). We were the only ones in the shop so there was no excuse for the manner in which the shop was kept. We travelled an hour and a half to get there and wow...what a disappointment. I said in my (deleted) Instagram comment that if I was the owner of this shop, I would be giving my staff an earful. But obviously...unless the staff are also running the Instagram.. The owner isn't bothered by it. Do not bother with this shop. The dresses are not worth it. I wish I could rate 0 stars tbh.
Worst Dress Shop Everrrrr!!!
I went into store to purchase a dress for my year 12 formal! They didn’t have my size so they said they would order it for me! I went on the 7th of July and I got it today on the 7th of September ( a week before my formal ) I called every week and they said “yes we will call you back” but they never called me ever! So I decided to go into the store! And guess what my dresses were there & they didn’t even call to tell me. I tried on the dress and the dress was too long. I asked for alterations and they were making excuses saying “ sorry I can’t ...do it, you have to have the shoes you’re wearing “ even tho I was wearing the heels they gave me to try on with the dress! Never ever shopping there ever again in my entire life! Worst service:) btw my dress was $700! Wasn’t worth it at all and the experience.
Amazing dresses and outstanding service
Looked all over Syd and Wollongong for over 6 months for the perfect dress for my sons wedding and found nothing. Then went to Doll House Top Ryde and was impressed with the range but i still wasn't 100% sold so Cas (staff member) told me to come back after 4 weeks for the new collection. So i revisited the store and Cas picked out a stunning dress which i thought was over the top but as soon as i tried it on i felt amazing in it. Cas definitely had a good eye for what suited me and she called in the seamstress to arrange alterations and all wa...s taken care of within the visit. I cant thank Cas enough for her help and always smiling face. Also a thank you to Vicki the manager. The wedding was last weekend and i received so many praises on how amazing my dress was. Thanks Cas
Extremely Poor Quality Dress and Horrible Customer Service
I bought a beautiful formal dress as I was becoming a godmother. I put the dress on and as soon as I got into the car to leave our house the dress split at the stitching and I couldn’t wear the dress. The sales girls at Top Ryde said there was nothing they could do and write an email to head office. I wrote numerous emails to head office and never received no reply. I have been a long time customer and have bought many dresses in the past. I am so disappointed that I have been treated so badly.

You are nothing but empty promises with the absolute worst experience.
To say I have had the worst experience will be an understatement.
Three days before my engagement party, we were told that our dress is not ready and will not be ready until another month.
I cannot even express the level of our stress at the time and was only offered the bare minimum support as the Melbourne Owner was leaving the business and could not care less about her customers.
I do not recommend dollhouse Melbourne or Sydney. Worst customer service, worst experience.
Saree who served me while I was in store was the most amazing sale person, she was very helpful and would recommend anyone to go and see her TOP RYDE STORE, I would like to thank her for all she did for me on the day. I was so happy with everything she done for me and most beautiful customer service she made you feel very welcome and like a princess in her store. SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER BEST PERSON EVER.
Three weeks later.... no communication
Abysmal - nowhere did it state the robe need to be made. Received email on March 17 stating it was being express post - still waiting.... it hasn't even been made yet
Great Resolution from a bad first impression.
Poor/ no communication by the store despite numerous follow ups requesting ETA & tracking + a receipt from a phone payment.
Just over a week since purchase (when a 3-4 delivery time was advised) a team member reached out, apologising for lack of communication and assisted in getting the dress shipped in time for the event — providing tracking that same day and delivered the next!
What was initially a very stressful purchase was resolved upon the managers return and we were super greatful as her assistance to speed up the delivery allowed us to get the dress altered for a perfect fit!
When purchasing from the store I would allow an two weeks min out from the event just in case a similar experience is had.

I got ripped off by the Dollhouse and was ignored so then I found this FB page 'The Dollhouse Dress XOXO Disasters' and it turns out it's not just me it's a lot of other girls too and the Dollhouse Management Team just ignores everyone and people keep getting scammed, so hopefully one day karma will get these scammers.
Overpriced Poor Quality dress and staff @ Castle Towers
Overpriced, poorly made $700 dress that’s ripping and the function hasn’t even happened yet! I asked for a large and received a medium, it was supposed to take 3 days to have all the alterations complete but it took over two weeks and they still didn’t do the alterations correct so I need to take it elsewhere now. They went to charge for adding straps that were actually already included on the sample dress I tried on when they said straps were included.
The seam is ripping on the inside after trying on the dress ONCE at home and the function...
Orders taking far too long to arrive and incorrect
Their service is crap. Ordered dress in April which should have arrived in September it's now November and the garment is incorrect.
No attention to detail, lack of communication with their overseas supplier. Seriously, worst shop I have ever been too. I have no faith and cannot trust anything they tell me.

Omg I am so happy with my product from dollhouse castle hill ,it fits perfectly . I can not even believe how incredible the staff were they were so helpful they gave me an amazing price all they wanted was for me to look my best at my event I would for sure be stopping there the next time I have an event

Do not shop here!! **I was left with no outfit to wear** (Portia and Scarlet / Dollhouse)
Take it from me and everyone else, you will endure a lot of pain and stress shopping at this 'boutique'. I did a phone order for a garment, went in for measurements, and put in an urgent order. There was no communication regarding delivery, tracking, status etc - I had to call up every few days "because we can't track your item" (It doesn't make sense in 2018, but anyway). Item finally arrives and it fits me but the material is so cheap that I can't actually bend in it - i looked like a walking robot. I was left the day before a wedding with no...outfit. The garment was completely different to that of what was described and shown on their website. So, after all the stress I went through, I asked for a refund (as I am legally obligated to) - The OWNER said it wasn't "faulty enough".. mind you, their manager that even if i had a change of mind, i could return the outfit.. Garment (Jumpsuit): uneven legs, poor material, glitter/sequins fall everywhere (they tell you it's 'normal' - girls, it is not normal for parts of your dress to fall a part), loose threads, odd fit, machine made, glue stick-on, low standard factory - China made. I expect a garment of higher quality and craftsmanship, particularly when you spend $800. This was the Savannah Jumpsuit by the way. I am yet to receive a refund and it has been over 1 month. The owner said to me: "I have people coming in with refunds all the time.. I've met plenty of people like YOU in my time" - so, they do have serious issues. The business is going downhill - even the staff are incredibly unhappy at that workplace. And yes, I did meet a rude staff member upon my return visit, in case you're wondering about customer service. What a terrible example of an Australian company. Dollhouse is the reason why people choose to buy online/overseas. PLEASE do yourself a favour and buy your outfit from another company. It's not worth the risk. I hope this helps someone before their big day or event. Trust yourself and not Dollhouse.

I went in earlier this year to find something for my Birthday to wear... Well, I walked in the store, no greeting, I was walking around looking at dresses, there were three girls serving one customer... I had to say "excuse me" ...
