Good Product, Ok service
I have enjoyed the healthy mummy products, I had a few problems with my last order and took a while for someone to help me after a few emails and speaking to several people to help. Finally Alex helped me and resolved my issue with my order. I probably wouldn’t shop with them again if it wasn’t for the staff member that last got back to me. Thank you

Not the best tasting
Vanilla tastes gross. Consistency isn’t great. I’ve had better shakes and I think I’ll stick to my usual.
The sugar x spray burnt my tongue, it takes away cravings of everything cause it tastes horrible!
The app is okay, alike a lot of others on the market.

It's expensive, but not bad. But their forums are biased.
Before I begin, it's worth reading all of the 3 star or less comments first as these would be more so honest than the 5 star ratings.
I do like healthy mummy. However this is my experience...
2 years ago I subscribed to the healthy mummy 28 day app. I took advantage of an offer for a good discount.
The app has recipes, and is a bit like my fitness pal where you record your food, weight, exercise. You are basically calorie counting based. The recipes vary. Some are really good others aren't. But overall it's a good app. It's a good way...

Good value smoothies but taste is hit and miss
I have been ordering HM smoothies for almost 12 months. They have a great variety of flavors and when you buy during a sale pricing is good sometimes 40% off so watch for those. Some of the flavors are overly grainy and artificial; banana and choc mint were really fake tasting and not ones I would re order. I use them as a base and add to them but don’t find the flavors good on their own or as decadent as they make out. I found the super greens ok as long as I drink them without smelling it !

Just ok!
I have been with the Healthy Mummy for over a year now and find that it's just ok. Like any other program, you will only get out what you put in. There is nothing magical about HM. Their customer service is average, they take their time answering enquiries. I have heard many complaints about automatic renewals happening without any notifications at all but they manage to send emails for everything else when they're trying to sell you something. I now cancel auto renewal from my paypal account straight after signing up so I don't get any nasty s...
Read moreurprises in a year. I thought I was the only one who thought their smoothies taste grainy and artificial but it turns out that when people complain or disagree with them, they just remove their comments from the facebook page. I won't subscribe to their yearly program again and I definitely won't be purchasing any more smoothies. Check their ingredients online and decide from there...they're nothing special. The three stars are for the amount or recipes online (however, I wish you could review a recipe rather than just leaving a star) but you could also buy their recipe books without a subscription. They also have exercises that you can follow online which are pretty good. But otherwise, fairly ordinary. Probably best to keep looking for a program that has some reviews about the actual conduct of the people running the company so we can make a more informed decision.Questions & Answers

I bought the vanilla smoothie but found the texture too grainy. Is there a smoothie with a different texture? Am interested in the Tummy one. Or am I mixing it wrong?

Hi Carol, I've just purchased the vanilla tummy & I don't find that one grainy. I've had it as a blended smoothie so far. The original smoothies are grainy in comparison to the premium smoothies.

Alex S.The Healthy Mummy
Hi Jess, great question. The easiest way to do it would most likely be with a table spoon. A tablespoon holds approximately 15 grams, so two full tablespoons should do it. I hope this helps, you could also add a scoop to your next Healthy Mummy order. Contact us on support@thehealthymummy.com and we'll do our best to help.
