Cannot fault it, the size prediction is perfect
I ordered a pair of jeans using the size predictor and they arrived the next day and fit me so perfectly! the quality is amazing and they look so good on! There was a huge selection for jeans which I'm definitely going to have another look at.
Product not properly packaged
I ordered a pair of sunglasses to be delivered and I assumed they would be packaged in some sort of protective post bag.Also delivery was about $ 8. They were delivered into my letterbox in a plastic bag with no protection like bubble wrap or foam.. Not happy..

The app is easy to navigate around, fast delivery & so simple to exchange or return an item. I have contacted the customer service line and the staff are very polite & helpful :) plus they accept Afterpay!
Return process is unnecessary long and bad
Good range of items. Nice quality, sizing can be wrong.their app is very good. But if you were to return something be prepared to wait for ages unless you message them and initiate the whole process. I will shop with Asos when it comes to online shopping.They deal with returns really well and quick, you get the refund almost straight away. With The Iconic, you’re gonna wait till they receive the return(fair enough) then you get an email saying they received it but you’ll have to wait additional 3-5 business days for them to process a refund and THEN the refund takes time to process too. I had to keep trying to get in contact with them to finish the process. Once you get in touch(use live chat otherwise they don’t reply quick) is okay, customer service is great. Returns however are unnecessary long and annoying

The customer service lady was very helpful with my query in returning my item. She was willing to help in any way and ensured I was satisfied. I always enjoy shopping at Iconic.
Don’t trust their next day Delivery and same day delivery worst shipping
I ordered four items to be delivered on next day they could not do it and they didn’t even told me about it. I needed those items as I was going overseas and I had to chase them about my parcel when I went to ask the person in chat they simply told me that they can’t deliver it.
I will never buy from iconic and I won’t trust them.

Until now, I didn't face any problem with shopping and returning items from The Iconic. My only problem is that sometimes the pics are not very clear in the website and does not show the material, design, or quality very well.
UNRELIABLE - Avoid at All Costs
$350 order placed for same day delivery last week. Paid the $14.95 for fast shipping. Fast forward several days and multiple phone calls, live chats and emails with customer service later and still no parcel or even a reasonable explanation as to its location. Called Star Track, who told me they don't even deliver to my area (Brisbane metro by the way) after business hours, and that Iconic is aware of this. Despite this, Iconic still proudly advertises same day 5:30pm-9:30pm delivery to my suburb and accepts payment for it. Oops!
Iconic stated in writing that they'd cancel the original order and pack and ship a replacement order but this hasn't happened. I don't want a refund as I made the purchase during the 25% off sale - either confirmation that my original order is coming or a straight replacement order is all I'm asking. What could possibly be so hard about that? They eventually sent me a tracking number link but this was for a random order placed by an unknown customer which was delivered in a different state 2 weeks before I even placed my order. Insult to injury. I am absolutely clueless as to where my pricey parcel is and so, it would appear, is Iconic. I was also given other blatantly incorrect information through customer support, particularly lazy cut and paste advice and stalling tactics on live chat.
I've spent around $1250 in the last few weeks and I'd have hoped Iconic would honour its promises, but not so. I have wasted so much time and energy on this and still have no idea when or even if I'll be receiving the order. Considering the competitive 2019 online marketplace, this is unacceptable. You might want to think twice before ordering from this company. You just need to look at the unusually high percentage of dissatisfied customers here on Product Review to see that. And please, to any Iconic representative thinking about responding to this post: no more patronising 'apologies for all the inconvenience', 'wholehearted apologies', 'really/very/terribly sorrys', 'thanks for my patience and understanding', promises of 'escalation', etc.
UPDATE: Parcel finally arrived. Opened it in good faith, thinking I'd probably delete the above post. I couldn't believe my eyes! One of three items I paid for is missing! More banging my head against the wall with customer service to follow. Let down yet again. Watch this space...
What a scam
I ordered a pocket square to compliment my jacket for a wedding. The wedding was interstate, so I had it delivered to the hotel. At 8:30pm I received notice that the delivery was not going ahead, leaving me without my pocket square for the wedding. It’s a shame, because the idea of having things delivered is enticing, it’s just a shame they cannot follow through.
Excellent customer service
Honestly, every time i deal with the iconic, the experience is excellent. The luve chat function,the returns policy, all exceptional. I forgot to inclue a top in my returns label and it was sorted even though by the time i realised it is after the 30 day period
Deliveries and returns are always prompt, accurate, and just overalls reliable. Customer service is always helpful and lovely (unlike ASOS' super rude customer service). I've shopped with The Iconic for years, and don't think I've ever had an issue with anything. Just wanted to leave a positive review as I've recently had some negative experiences shopping online and this company amongst it all have delivered my goods without any hiccups. Thanks!

Im so impressed! I was a bit skeptical as a first time buyer but this exceeded my expectations. Bought some Champion apparel and all three fit perfectly, the size guide is accurate and I love the authenticity of their products! The shipping is so fast and arrived exactly on time (To NZ) and just to be sure I contacted them and they were so quick and reliable. Customer Service Done Well
Unfortunately there was an issue with my order, as I paid for express shipping and it did not arrive in time. I contacted the Iconic support via the live chat system and found it very easy to use, especially as I was hardly waiting any time at all! I spoke to a lovely representative by the name of Gerald, who was very understanding and was more than happy to help with an issue other companies have not cared about.
