The shipping and customer service are ok, but the item I just received has some problems. I bought a classic champion hoodie that should have two champion patches on it, but there is no patch on the front chest area of my hoodie. I contacted the customer service, but they couldn’t do anything except for giving me a full refund cuz the same hoodie of my size Is out of stock. I’m really disappointed in this experience.
The Iconic is NOT a legit company anymore. Awful quality products, and half their parcels go missing.
I live at a big uni college and everybody at college shops online. I'd heard a lot about how bad The Iconic's product quality and customer service has gotten and I seriously, seriously regret not listening to my friends. People don't buy from the Iconic anymore and I can see why. I've received products with sweat stains, dirt on the hems, one pair of pants with a patch of actual blood. Plus, the Iconic 'loses' so many parcels that most of my friends have lost hundreds of dollars on orders that just never arrived and have sworn never to order fr...om them again. I've had this happen to me three times - the first time, the Iconic sent me an email that they had delivered a parcel, when I didn't receive anything. When I said I hadn't received it, they sent me an email showing 'gps tracking' of the parcel. 16 days later, the actual parcel arrived. The second time, for a parcel worth $600, the Iconic claimed that their courier had delivered it to my house even though my entire family was home (due to the lockdown), and there was never any sign of delivery. They claimed that the parcel had 'probably been stolen' in the 15 minutes it took from the claimed delivery time to when I checked the front door. The front door is tucked well into our front garden and we've never, ever had any mail go missing before. The third time, there was literally no delivery for an order worth $870 and it was only after they sent a photo showing proof of the delivery that I found out that The Iconic had delivered it to the wrong house. The customer service reps do NOT care about their customers, they just want to take your money. Don't ever buy from them no matter how convenient it is. Seriously, there's a reason why this company has such a bad reputation.

The Iconic - what's happened to your previously superlative customer service?
I've had nearly 20 orders from The Iconic going back 8 years & until now, I found their customer service faultless. Something's changed - and it's not good. I ordered 2 items 9 days ago - they were coming from different places & so were sent out as 2 parcels. Parcel 1 arrived a couple of days later, no problem. Parcel 2, however, which was sent Express Post, I have still not seen 9 days later. AusPost has a well-documented problem with couriers not bothering to attempt delivery & instead asking you to pick up said parcel yourself at an inconven...ient location of their choice. I have had a problem with this since the beginning of the year & refuse to play along. Also, I am under medical advice to not go traipsing around town unnecessarily at this time - which is why I order things to be delivered to my door! Complaints to AusPost go nowhere so I turn to The Iconic to help me, submitting chat requests, numerous emails with screenshots of said correspondence with AusPost. Do you think I get anywhere? NO! 9 days after my purchase the closest I've got is vague reassurances they will look into it & promises to get back to me within the day (3 days ago) that never eventuate. Meanwhile the warm winter shirt/jacket I ordered (& still want) is still sitting somewhere at AusPost's convenience & The Iconic doesn't give a damn! It's cold in Sydney this morning - I want my jacket! It seems the company monitors the reviews on this site so this is my last-ditch effort to get some action from The Iconic. Well they did finally respond but the outcome was far from satisfactory. When will companies realise AusPost is ripping them off by contracting to deliver goods to their customers but failing to do so? They prefer to believe the corporate lies of AusPost rather than rescue relations with their supposedly valuable customers.
Wonderful Customer Service from Lilian
I placed an order in lock down and expected some delays. I emailed the Iconic to inquire about my order as it had been about 2 weeks. Lilian replied within a few hours asking if I could give until the end of the week and if there had been no change she would investigate the hold up. I emailed her again the next week and immediately she advised an inquiry had been launched with their delivery partner along with some credit to use online for the inconvenience. Within 24 hours the delivery partner had contacted me advising my order was in transit ...and within 2 days I had received my order. It was my first time shopping on the iconic and although there was a 3 week wait time, (I think it is important to note I am in NZ and the delivery came from Australia and we are in unprecedented times with restrictions) I am so impressed with Lilian and her ability to provide quality customer service and action to support a desirable outcome for me. Will shop here again! Thank you :)
Still waiting on my order
I ordered on 13th May & my item was sent to the wrong address. I have sent many emails & no response. Why was my item sent to the Gold Coast when I live in Mackay? Why has no one gotten back to me? Where is my order? Not happy with customer service at all!
Purchasing a Gift Voucher
I purchased a gift voucher for my best friend's birthday and I accidently submitted the wrong email address when entering the recipient details. The customer service team were fantastic in amending this issue and helping to rectify the situation. The team amended the details on my order and my best friend was so pleased with receiving the gift voucher. This was all done in less than a day.
I found the online chat was great, they asked all the right questions and were very understanding.
Waiting long enough for an exchange
I returned an item in exchange for a different size. I tracked the item has already been delivered to the iconic warehouse. In my orders page I see the exchange item (supposed to reach me) with order # 283245238 is still in PACKING and not yet dispatched for some days now. I would appreciate if you could ship the item ASAP and/or provide an ETA around the time it will be shipped to me.

Products are always of the highest quality and everything I want is usually available. I buy my work clothes from here and always get compliments.

Top customer service!!! The team is always happy to help and go above and beyond. Nothing like other retailers. I love the range, competitive prices and the speedy service and delivery. I have been shopping with The iconic for 2 years now. Can’t see myself going elsewhere.
Fast and easy to use
I'm just shocked how fast the Iconic process orders - Even with COVID-19 and a major sale on. It was processed by the third party (Oxford) and classed as ready to be shipped in under an hour of ordering it even though it's only being sent via parcel post.

Love the ease of the iconic
Easy to navigate the website. Great friends Refferal program. Easy to shop as free delivery and returns.
Very easy to exchange sizes if needed. They put the item on hold while you return the item. Therefore the size you need won’t go out of stock.
Great store with a variety of great brands. Great sales every now and then. I will continue to shop with them.
Great customer service
The Iconic sent me an item and I paid full price online, however when the item came it had a cheaper price on its tag (sale price). They proceeded to honour that sale price and refund me the extra I paid. Great customer service! I will shop here in the future!
