Buyer beware. Preys on customers knowledge equipment systems. Would not cover fault was sold copies 6mp paid for got 4 and 6mp. Told needed new nvr unit. Not! Repaired systems myself. Beware lying rip off better to choose from.
Rude, will not give codes to my own system
Mr Pinna of the installers installed an alarm/cctv system in our new home. When requested to activate the commnav feature on the alarm which provides sms notifications, Mr Pinna refused to activate it without paying a $140.00 fee for a 5 minute job. Realizing I could activate it myself, I requested the code to my system from Mr Pinna. He refused to provide it and I currently have an ongoing complaint in an attempt to get Mr Pinna to give me the code to my own system.
replace a cable
not happy as i damaged one of my security camera wires.they want to charge a book in fee of$149.00 for 45minutes.and $89.00 there after.pretty much day light robbery.
Poor customer service!
Very poor customer service.. there is a clearly faulty with the product and they obviously saying that my 12 months for installation is over and I would be charged to get a technician!! This service should be free of charge!! He told me to go up and fix my self it’s cheaper!! After sale very poor not recommended!!
Poor after sales service - rude and unprofessional
After booking a service visit for a fault on the alarm keypad, I inquired about the warranty period and asked Tony to check their records on when the alarm was fitted, which was met with resistance. The Installers website states that their alarms come with a 5-year warranty, but I was told it was only three years when my alarm was fitted, which may have put it out of warranty, depending on date of fitting. When I again requested that the fitting date be checked in their system, Tony said its probably best the appointment is cancelled.
My experience is in line with all the other one star customer service reviews - talks over you, rude and sarcastic.
My advice is to do a little research and choose another company.

I have had the same poor customer service issues as so many other people. Who ever it is (man) that answers their phones needs a good lesson in customer service and humility. I have never encountered such a rude individual in my life. Talks over you, is sarcastic and doesnt want to hear there are any issues with their products or service. He refused to listen and just hung up on me ... sound familiar... read ALL reviews and see how often he does this! As for their service charges, they will still charge you even if the stuff fails under warrant...y. They will always find a way to hook you $149 call out so they are never out of pocket. Really poorly worded contract of sale, is confusing and ambiguous. Most companies want to look after customers, get good reviews and fix legitimate issues, not these guys! They just want $$$ and dont give a crap. My antenna is stuffed, this has been confirmed by another company and by Foxtel technician and i doubt it will be resolved by these guys. I do have rights to choose if I want a repair, replacement or a refund under ACCC guidelines and I will no doubt have to take legal action against them to get it. i strongly advise you double check warranty terms before you pay them anything and heed our warnings on this site. 10 years warranty sounds really great but it will cost you $149 for them to fix it after first 12 months! So really when you factor this in, you only have a 12 month warranty. Buyer beware!!!
Disgusting customer service for warranty issues.
Had problems with antenna that has 10 year warranty. Their contract clearly states "A 10 year warranty applies to antennas and a 1 year warranty on all other parts and labor"... It is the antenna that failed and now I get told there will be $149 labor service charge to replace it. The person I was speaking to got abusive, sarcastic and continually spoke over me, finishing up with "Ring consumer affairs" and he hung up. They now refuse to answer my calls ...
To the owner - you were fine to take $450 off me when we first did business and couldn...t be helpful enough up to that point, but now there is a problem, you dont want to know me. If this is how you treat customers needing after sakes service, then I would never recommend you to anyone again!

Had CC TV and alarm system installed by this company. They are very friendly at the beginning and helpful but after installation, if you have any problems, they are not helpful at all. They (Jake) is always hard to get in contact with and when having problems with the system, he is rude and not helpful. The security app on my phone wasn't working, so I called him but he was unable to address the issue over the phone so he said he would come to have a look. He then downloaded new apps and helped me reset the new IP address to reset the password ...and demanded $98 which he didn't tell me about before coming. This should be under warranty so I refused to pay and he got upset and said if I didn't pay, he would deactivate my CCTV and my security system until I did. He walked into my house and started deactivating everything and left saying that if I wanted to fix it, I would have to call him again and the fee would be $150. This is not the first time he has spoken to me rudely or had a short temper so I have had enough of his company and will be taking it to consumer protection.
Stay away from this disorganised company. Useless and unprofessional. Note they dont state where they are based or address. Not even his surname appears anywhere on his business card. Dodgy back yarders ill say. I had [name removed] quote a job as it was last minute thought to put CCTV on the job. Quotes it up with no detail of what is going to go on. Call and say Im happy to go ahead that the electrician needs to know where to put the cords so they can carry there quote out. He replies with a phone call of what needs to happen, I said he is c...onfusing me, speak to the electrician standing next to me. He tries to explain to the electrician but even he couldnt understand him. So he said he will quickly pass by on Thursday 9am as he was going passed the area to explain and draw a mud map and email me. Again didnt make sence. A baby could of drawn a better picture and his terminology for the distances where in Milliliters (Ml) not millimeters (mm) and his conduit sizes was 26ML not 25mm. At this stage i have lost my confidence with them, So i call to ask about when he can do the job and he replied with very short answers. Next call was to cancel the job. Yes, the lady says. Then i get an email that they are taking $149 call out fee. For what? I tell everyone about this story so i hope the word gets around of how shonky they are. STAY AWAY!!! By the way i shopped around and found a cheaper price. So i hope that $149 was worth it [name removed]. I assume [name removed] is going to reply with a pore excuse to cover this story like the rest of them. Lets hear it [name removed]!
They broke drain pipes and Acond pipes whilst in roof
Had Installers install CCTV & Alarm system.
System worked find but when we went to use Acond in summer had water leaking from eaves (apparently it was water condensation form roof unit during high humidity day). Called the ACond guys to fix up their pipe. They said someone broke pipe possibly whilst installing cameras. Note Camera was about 1 metre away from acond drain pipe. Cost me $160.00.
Recently has builder attend he spotted water stains on eaves, he said it looks like its from the front down pipe, possibly come away in the roof. Again this is 1 metre away from CCTV camera.

Appalling Customer Service
When I tried to arrange a service for my alarm under warranty my requests went unanswered. When I called to chase it up I was spoken to appalling by Tony who I believe is the owner, he then hung up on me. Disgusting customer service.
Arrogant, untrustworthy and argumentative
Had an alarm system installed. Boys went on my double storey roof without any fall protection. Was told that being the cheapest means cutting some corners. When I questioned this, Installer became aggressive and argumentative. They never finished the job and I never received a refund.
Very bad customer service
I called [Name Removed] to get more information of the quote that he provided online. When it came to deposit thru bank transfer or providing credit card information all i asked was how do i know you were genuine and he got offended and wished me good luck. I am paying money to someone i do not know or company i never heard about out of facebook. It was a legitimate question and his reply was would you ask the same to RAC alarm installers. Very frustrated with the phone conversation. If you cant handle queries why do business with people. Scammers are everywhere and scammers make heaps of money too. If you have so much ego then you . His reply was we install 80 alarms a week and turnover 180000 dollars a week. Lol.
