Great source of plants you don't see very often
A great place to find plants to add to your collection which are sometimes hard to source elsewhere. Great quality stock and reasonably priced.
Awesome plant sale!
Excellent and large variety of plants, easy to find location and very helpful staff. The ticketing system is also very helpful. Would recommend!
Friendly workers, but overpriced and poor quality
I drove an hour each way to get to a pop up sale for my 30min timeslot. It was nothing like the images online. They were charging private nursery prices for poor quality plants. They promised online that Sunday afternoon goers would get a bargain with clearance mark downs. Mark downs meant $30 instead of $35 for a plant that is $20 at Bunnings. And most plants weren’t marked down at all. I bought two common plants in average condition for $40.
I walked up the road a little further and came across a gorgeous little indoor plant and decor shop. I bought a MASSIVE HEALTHY ‘ZZ’ here for $59.
Don’t waste your time- keep supporting your local nurseries.

Disappointing
I attended early Sunday morning and there were about 3 large tables with a selection of small to medium plants. The room was not large and the lighting was very low. There were some plant pots for sale. I thought the plants were priced quite high compared to what I would find at my local nursery, a small pot with a common plant would be $20. I was expecting so much more from what I read from the website and from the photos. I doubt I would attend any other advertised event.

Great little initiative making plant buying EASY AS!
I always found plant buying a little stressful but jungle collective virtual market literally made it more simple than buying a coffee. All the plants were pictured and organised page by page in an intuititive way. Very nice.
Awesome selection and really great prices
Plenty of variety and colours and really great prices. Would have been good to have more pots to choose from.

Planty wanty heaven!
The Jungle Collective is always an enjoyable experience and they have adapted so well during the craziness of 2020. The lead up from booking your ticket (hopefully an early slot to get access to limited goodies), through to sleepless nights of anticipation, waiting in line and finally walking thru plant heaven when the doors open! I missed talking to other plant enthusiasts waiting in line during the times we had a 'normal' shopping experience, but I also really loved the online experience to try and snap up plants on my wish list! Staff are al...
Read moreways engaging and there to help and always-on communication via social media and emails is always helpful. 'Normal' shopping is back and although 30 min window is in place it's still great to be able to interact with people again and see plants in real-life before purchasing! Thoroughly recommended and it's always helpful to get in early to get access to wider range of plants before they are snapped up!Horrific and mortifying experience
We went to the warehouse sale and travelled over 1 hour to get there for only a 30min window and were appalled to see that the very low range of plants that were there, were all either burnt or dead. How disapointing
Everything an online shop for plant parebts who are looking for the best service
There's many reason I can list why jungle collective is good at what they do. From the website point of view, it is seamless and easy to navigate. The selection they have for the virtual Melbourne store is always wonderful even during winter when I understand most growers slow down. Service? So far I've only gotten good service that turned into great, I was surprised to receive my plant so soon this time around, I'm happy to support a local business that shows promise and deliver better service as they progress which I know to be a difficult th...
Read moreing. The quality of the plants have not failed me, they are well established, free from pest (always good to quarantine regardless) and since they are hand delivered they are "fresh" and not at all ruined by the harsh nature travelling as a parcel with the post. All and all, better than what you could get at bunnings and most plant shops. Did I mention the price is pretty awesome too?!Find out how The Jungle Collective compares to other Physical Shops

Brilliant Purchase
Plants arrived safely by courier, and were both brought into my home. They were actually bigger than I thought they would be, and fit well in both earmarked locations. Had them for 2 months now and the new growth is wonderfully satisfying. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for mature plants. Excellent

Terrible, please don’t use
Delivery service appalling - both times I used them the delivery guy told me he was going to bring them to my door and then did a runner, leaving the plants outside while I waited patiently for him at my door with the door open.
When a plant wasn’t delivered at all they refused to provide a refund.
Plants themselves very hit and miss. You need to repot immediately to get them out of the terrible soil they come in and expect them to not necessarily survive repotting.
I feel like a fool for using them twice. I thought the first time was just bad luck. I was wrong.
Plant arrived with fungal rot
Expensive purchase, plant arrived with some kind of rot, which has continued to progress, and leaves which had been broken off. I immediately tried to contact Jungle Collective via facebook as directed from their website, and was told their "horti" would be in touch within 24-48 hours. After having no response for nearly two weeks and contacting the business multiple times, I ended up requesting a chargeback through my bank. Before this had finalised, the business did process a refund themselves. Overall a very frustrating experience, but I'm glad it has been resolved.

Do not waste your money
They use false pictures. Gave me the wrong plants. Plants were tiny and not as advertised. Just go to bunnings.
False advertising. Unacceptable service.
Ordered during one of the Melbourne pop up sales and spent a fair chunk of money. Plants were okay, but one of the plants I ordered was a syngonium fantasy. It was advertised as a mature plant in a 12cm pot and I was delivered a tiny bottle baby in a much smaller pot size. Contacted them as it was clearly false advertising and at first they wouldn't offer anything but a $10 credit... really disappointed with the plants and the lack of acceptable service.
Rip off
I purchased 4 plants from Jungle Collective and when I went to Bunnings to buy potting mix I saw 3 of them there advertised at a waaaay cheaper price! Plus other varieties I had seen on their website all available at a much cheaper price. I later realised photos on their website aren’t their own (taken from google or instagram) and aren’t portraying a true representation of the plants they have for sale. It pays to do your research.

Unhealthy plants over priced
Unfortunately the plants that are displayed in images are not the ones being sold. I have been very disappointed to find plants that are diseased and extremely overpriced

Horrible. If you need a refund for a plants that’s Dead on arrival you won’t get it.
I ordered some plants and they all arrived in a near dead condition. Firstly they are really hard to get in contact with. When I finally got In contact on their Facebook page I was asked to drive to a warehouse to take the dead plants to get a refund. When I got there, no one was there. Huge waste of time and I never got my money back for dead plants

More like poor collective
I’ve been following their sales for months now and there’s never been any “rare” plants and the pricing is so expensive it should be robbery! Better to try bunnings
Great selection and quality ❤️
I have now made quite a few purchases with The Jungle Collective and have been very happy with my purchases. I had one plant that didn't look the best and they happy sent me a voucher without asking and the plant has come good.
So very happy with all my plants and would recommend highly ❤️
TERRIBLE
Purchased during online pop up sale. Paid $40 delivery and plants were damaged, one had almost all the roots ripped so the plant was just flopping around at the base.
They were slow to respond to messages and after their "horti" gave some advice they eventually agreed to a full refund with the stipulations that I had to return it to their warehouse during covid lockdown, but it had to be on a certain day during certain hours. No one was there. They're no longer responding to my messages and they're deleting all negative comments off their social from myself and others in similar situations. They've now blocked me
A bit too convenient for the prices...
As the title mentions, prices are a bit steep. The website is really hard to navigate, it goes back to the start of the list when you add something to your cart. Pick up on a Tuesday only was inconvenient, which forced me to pay for delivery. Plants were also tiny compared to the plants we bought at the real life markets.
Sick plants, badly potted
Bought 4 plants online Oct 2020. Plants were battered, broken, and badly potted - one pot was half empty and the plant showed it had not extended beyond the tube stock..
Amazing experience from start to finish!!
From start to finish absolutely amazing! I am new to plants and heard about jungle collective and was chasing a few plants. I heard about the Perth pop up and decided to give it a try. From organised pages without lagging or freezing I was able to select my plants. I put through two orders out of excitement and they were quick to respond to my email and refund me a deliver fee. They were delivered on time with great care and the plants look amazing! So so happy with my shopping experience and I’ll definitely be shopping again in November. Thank you for this great experience!
Tried contacting, got no where.
Purchased a plant around June time. I received it and the tips of the two main leaves did look a bit funky, they were packaged not so well. Fast forward to a week later, still not looking hot, I thought they would unravel and all would be well. It wasn’t. At about the 5 week mark it needed a water, it was the first and only time I watered it during the time I was emailing them. From that first watering up until now, the plant has slowly deteriorated and has such a little root ball that I don’t think it will survive. I emailed and emailed and in...
Read more the end they blamed me because it was “overwatered”. I watered it once. Was told to repot only to find a plug, which was holding in all that water. The soil was not dry it didn’t need another one, it just wasn’t doing well. Likely because of the plug. I was blamed for my one watering. No contact with made again. Steer clear. Just not worth it.Would rate it 0 if I could. They basically stole $160 from me.
Ordered $160 of product at their Perth Virtual pop up.
I was told I would receive an SMS when the delivery was on its way. I never did.
Waited and hung around during the expected shipping time for my order to arrive, it never did.
I emailed them and they told me they would reschedule my delivery for the following weekend. I made several more enquiries but was left on seen.
It still never arrived during the "rescheduled delivery" time even though I made sure I was home.
I contacted them and they said they would bring the issue up with their 'Head Honcho Tom', but this time I asked for a refund, and again I've been ignored. So basically, I'm out $160 after being ignored multiple times.
