Above and beyond!
Michael has assisted us a couple of times now and on each occassion we have found his advice to be well balanced and helpful, giving us all the evidence we need to make the right decision. Once made, Michael facilitated our wishes with as little impost on us as possible, whilst lobbying the banks to move forward at a busy time. Michael always made us feel getting our mortgage sorted was his number one priority and answered our numerous questions promptly and accurately. Thanks Michael!
Fantastic very happy
Michael was very professional and was always available anytime we needed help during the process. I find this all a bit overwhelming and Michael made it so easy I can not fault the entire process. Will definitely only use Michael again when needed. Rach & Ryan
Clear, professional, honest and transparent
Michael is very helpful and clearly a cut above other mortgage brokers. Navigating brokers can be an anxious experience but rest assured that you will know from the first meeting that you have made the right choice.

Questions & Answers
Hi guys is it possible to refinance a 16 months old house it is finance through keystart? thanks
The Perth Mortgage Specialist
Keystart is a variable rate home loan with no break fees so in theory you can refinance at any time (assuming no joint ownership with Dept of Comms). The real issue will be the Loan to Value Ratio of the property. If this is not below 85-90% then refinancing may not be viable depending on the likely Lenders Mortgage Insurance being charged by the incoming lender.
thanks for the reply.
Just a general enquiry with regards to myself a New Zealand citizen, resident in Perth for 13 years obtaining a first home buyers grant and mortgage. I have a very busy schedule during the working week so if we could please organise an appropiate time to talk that would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to your soonest response.
