Michael was great

We accessed Michaels services as a last resort as we had been knocked back by one of the major banks.
From the beginning we were kept informed of the process of our application and Michael worked out what we could afford.
Michael did all the ground work and got us the perfect home loan which suits our requirements.

Dependable mortgage broker in Perth

published

Michael’s guidance and professional advice helped us in securing the mortgage for our first investment property. He presented us with the various finance options and scenarios to suit our requirements and gave us practical advice to prepare the loan application considering the changing lending rules.
Michael doesn't engage in furphies and sincerely strives to get the appropriate loan arrangement in place. I would happily use his service again for my future property transactions.

Hi Vhin,

Keystart is a variable rate home loan with no break fees so in theory you can refinance at any time (assuming no joint ownership with Dept of Comms). The real issue will be the Loan to Value Ratio of the property. If this is not below 85-90% then refinancing may not be viable depending on the likely Lenders Mortgage Insurance being charged by the incoming lender.

Hi there,

Just a general enquiry with regards to myself a New Zealand citizen, resident in Perth for 13 years obtaining a first home buyers grant and mortgage. I have a very busy schedule during the working week so if we could please organise an appropiate time to talk that would be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to your soonest response.

Regards,

Damian
