Truely A TERRIBLE GREEDY company!
Never Ever buy from this cheating company, they are playing with your money and make profits out of it. Like many of other customers, I ordered 4 hand sanitisers ( 500 ml) on the 4th of March and order confirmed that I will receive it by the mid March. I waited and it was towards the end of March but nothing happened even no any updates. I tried to call them so many times but most of the times after lots of waiting times they hang up the phone over me without answering. eventually I managed to talk to someone and he said that Aquim brand is out...of stock and said i can either get my money back ( the easiest irresponsible way) or get an alternative brand which i can receive it by the next two weeks. I explained that i don't want my money back and I Definitely want the second option. He said all done and updated and I waited for two weeks. Nothing happened again, so I emailed them again , explaining the situation. A female staff with a very defensive manner replied me rudely that I can get my money back and went all over again about the alternative brand! looked like nobody had updated my order! I said I don't want money, I desperately need hand sanitisers. Again, emailed me back that we updated it and you will receive it soon. In the meantime, from the 4th of March, I occasionally was checking their website. They were getting regular orders or some days pre-orders of hand sanitiser and mentioning the shipment date. From the date I placed my order until today, they have updated 4 times their shipment. For instance, their third shipment was on the 31st of March while i had NOT received mine which was on the first shipment date!!!! I emailed them for the forth time and went through all the story again! This company is a lier company which misuses its loyal customers. Don't trust them ever.

Really wish I read these reviews before ordering. Same story here. Ordered products that have never shown up. At this stage I'm just asking for my money back but can't get a reply. These guys are either a scam or really don't know how to run a business. Even if there was a legitimate excuse for the delay, explain it to your customers. Keep them informed. Apologise. Allow them to receive a refund if you can't supply what they've paid for.
Do Not buy masks!! It is a scam!!!
Just received Greatcare 4ply masks. They are paper thin, see through and flimsy. Not what is displayed on the site at all, they aren't even the correct brand. They arrived in an open plastic bag with sticky tape.
I called the 1300 number and finally got through. Spoke to [name removed]? and told her the problem. She asked if I brought them for aesthetic reasons! Are you kidding me? She then told me they have better more expensive masks and that I got what I ordered. The things that were said left me so upset.
I'm scared they won't refund me...even though she said they would "if"they receive them. I would rather receive what I ordered rather than a refund but they can't replace something that is obviously not in stock even though it's still available on the site. I need to add that I purchased medical grade gloves and they arrived. This is only a review on masks and customer service. Shipping was slow.

Ordered some silicon cups and bowls & when I received the order a week later they had sent me the item in the wrong colour.
I was advised to send back the incorrect item, so I did & after they’ve received my posted item they stop contact with me.
I have also sent multiple emails but seemed to be ignored now so I guess I will take this further with consumer protection and contact PayPal to see if I can get back some of my payment.
Worse customer service & you always have to contact them. I will never buy from this website again nor do I recommend anyone to buy from them.

Has anyone been able to successfully raise the issue with any Australian authority about this business taking payments from Australians and delivering nothing, not communicating with 'customers' and not delivering ANY products? How is this able to continue? Anyone??
Has anyone successfully gotten a hold of the sales team via phone? Or just get disconnected after waiting and being on hold forever?
Has anyone successfully received a refund?
They emailed me a promise to refund in 2-3 business days mid April but didn’t.Even with the bank being involved they didn’t refund.
This is so bad, they need to be shut down.
I put in a claim with paypal, it got to the point where it went under review with paypal, and then coincidentally 20 mins after it went under review I recieved a tracking email (order was early march) . I will pursure it with paypal though as I sent an email in april requesting a refund which had no response
