I pre-ordered early March, two items for delivery at the end of March, contacted them at April as no delivery, they emailed me saying they can send me one item right away asking for extra plus delivery fee of $12, other item(almost $70) will be in stock at the end of May, I wrote back I will wait, but I decided to cancel as they don’t send me the item they say they will right away, but they don’t answer my communication, they don’t let me cancel my order! They seems to just get you to pay and forget about you or your order! Never ever, again shop from them!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. They will cut off your call and never send your items.
I tried to call twice, when I am caller number 2, which I waited for more than 30 mins, they will cut you off.
I tried to call the second time and same thing happen! I purchased in early March and all items are listed as available in March.. now is MAY and the status of my order is still awaiting for shipment. total $380+!
I checked their store policy, now it says order that made from 1st March cannot be refund LOL they can only give you store credits. What a joke. Someone please shut this store down. I have reported to ACCC
An Order has been made on the 7 th of March , partial order arrived , the rest of it for an equivalent of 229.50 dollars we never received it. The patience from us has been proved for 2 months and more , understanding the difficult time about the Covid 19 etc , but at one point they stopped answering to our enquires , trying to compromise the dispatch of that material missing , or at least giving answers and caring about the customer... nothing ....and this is so disappointing. Request of Refund has been made today , let’s see if they will be professional at least on it .

Place two orders with this company. One at the beginning of Feb - which was never delivered however they updated my order to delivered and closed. The second order in March was due for delivery in 2 weeks and I contacted them and they continually used COVID19 as an excuse and updated the expected delivery date several times. Guess what still no delivery in sight. I contacted them several times to request a refund and now they have gone quiet and are refusing to return my calls or correspondence. Do not deal with these thieves. I have paid via PayPal and have now asked PayPal to investigate and return my money. Also contacted consumer protection. Stay away.

Placed an order on 3rd of April. 2 weeks went by and I hadn't received my order so I sent an email to follow up. Didn't get a response but got emailed a shipping notification with tracking. Tracking has been left on booked for delivery since 17th of April. I left it for a couple of weeks as I'm aware of delays. Still haven't received my order so I sent a follow up email. No response. Sent another email. No response. Sent another email and can you guess? Yep no response. Currently on the phone on HOLD for 30 mins and I was the 2nd person on the line when I called. Now 1st person in line for the past 15 mins. Poor customer service. Will be requesting a refund for my order!
I ordered a thermometer on April 3 2020.
The information supplied was arriving the middle of April 2020. It’s now May 7 and I do not have an email update or my purchase.
I have sent them countless emails from my email and also messages through their site. They have failed to reply.
I have requested a refund countless number of times. They have failed to respond or reply.
I have called them twice on different weeks and on both occassions, waited over 30 minutes without response and then their phone cuts.
I am now going to lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC.
Awful shopping experience
It has been such an awful experience with online ordering for hand sanitisers. I can totally understand the shortage of goods but their customer support is the worst! No one responds to my email, phone call or website comment box for days, despite of they say they will reply during 24hours. I will report to consumers board to get my money back.
Do not buy from them!
Website states that items will be sent in 1-2 business days, I needed it urgently so 3 days later I tried to contact them, what a waste of time! Was kept on hold for over 30min and then got a message that they can not answer my call, sent 2 emails and no response. A week later still nothing so have to go through PayPal to get my money back.
Worst online company!!
I ordered in March and have yet to receive it, now May. I have emailed them several times, no reply. I asked to cancel the order and provide a refund as I had waited for my order for 6 weeks and still was awaiting shipment, which was ignored, next day I was notified items were shipped. I had waited so long I had to buy from elsewhere. I will never order through this website ever again.

Exact same as all the other reviews. New mum, placed a LARGE order of baby items several weeks ago. No response, no tracking number, no delivery. Numerous emails sent, and multiple multiple phone calls that end in them disconnecting after half an hour.
And as this order was placed (and now completely paid for) with Afterpay, I don’t like my chances of getting a refund. Extremely unprofessional.
Won't answer phone for 2.5 weeks
Ordered online on 19th April (not Covid related just some things for my newborn)
Order was charged twice, neither have shipped, been calling since the 19th an on hold for 40 minutes and get hung up on? Submitted multiple emails, no one has responded. Absolutely aweful customer support. Left with a double charge on my card and no answer. Would have been on hold for more than 10 hours all up.

It is impossible to call through to these people (have spend more than 12 hours on hold during the last 2 weeks and also impossible to get any responses back from their on line email (6 emails in total). Waiting nearly 2 months for goods, then they ship half the qty today saying out of stock - and the re order date for the OOS item was 2 weeks back from the current date. they hold onto your money. Lodged complaint with banking institute and also Fair Trade NSW.

Order Never Received - Company Not Legit
Same as everyone, order not received almost 2 months after. I enquired and their response was that stocks would come in 3 weeks later. Haven't received anything till today.
I have sent the seller a message via PayPal, after that will escalate with PayPal for a refund. Please let anyone close to you know that this company is not legitimate.

Has anyone been able to successfully raise the issue with any Australian authority about this business taking payments from Australians and delivering nothing, not communicating with 'customers' and not delivering ANY products? How is this able to continue? Anyone??
Has anyone successfully gotten a hold of the sales team via phone? Or just get disconnected after waiting and being on hold forever?

They emailed me a promise to refund in 2-3 business days mid April but didn’t.Even with the bank being involved they didn’t refund.
This is so bad, they need to be shut down.
I put in a claim with paypal, it got to the point where it went under review with paypal, and then coincidentally 20 mins after it went under review I recieved a tracking email (order was early march) . I will pursure it with paypal though as I sent an email in april requesting a refund which had no response
