Have been trying to return a faulty product for over 2 months now. First they didn't reply to my emails. Then on the 7th of December 2020 they finally replied and have been saying they're going to send me a return label but I never received it. StarTrack came to my house twice to collect the Theragun but couldn't because Therabody didn't send the return label. I have now discovered numerous negative feedbacks about Therabody & Therabody Australia so it makes sense. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Will never purchase again.
