I am excited to share my experiences with Thrive Homes at the pre-construction stage. I can confidently say that I am happy with the progress thus far.

Recently did handover at Box Hill. The house design is Zepel 25. Loving the house. Kane Wood was the project manager. Highly recommend Kane. A few minor items to repair but these are usual punchlist items expected in any build and can be dealt with during the warranty period. A door stopper was missing in one of the bedroom doors, and Kane personally delivered it upon request. If you have Kane for your Theive home build project you are in safe hands.

Tom has been absolutely fantastic with sorting out our warrenty enquiries. He came out to check out our warrenty concerns straight away and contacted the contractors to suit our timetable. He also assisted us with our OC which we highly appreciate, even though it wasnt in his department. Tom went above and beyond for us and we couldn't ask for much more!

We recently finished our build with Thrive Homes and the whole process was great. The team are great with their communication and we felt in the loop all the time. A special shout out to Tom, the Warranty Manager who has gone above and beyond in making sure the last part of our build was just as great as the rest. I must commend Tom for his exceptional professionalism and unwavering dedication to ensuring the rectification of every listed defect. I am very pleased to say we chose Thrive Homes to build our new house. Extremely happy with the build quality and all dealings with Thrive from sales to pre construction right through to handover and beyond. Joe Camilleri and his team were on time in completing our home. Joe had regularly updated us about our house from construction stage until it was finished. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. Generally, we have a great experience with thrive homes and the best building supervisor (Joe).

We’re so glad that it was Tom Dokoza who was given to us to address our 90 days defect warranty. Though all issues were cosmetics in nature, Tom was prompt in organising the work orders and providing updates on progress. Thrive Homes seem to have all the “cream of the crop” employees as excellence seem to be innate in all of them. Thank you Tom and the rest of Thrive Homes team!

We have had a Wonderful Experience with Thrive from pre-construction (Allanah) and during construction (John). And to complete an excellent line up is Tom Dokoza our warranty manager for our post construction! Tom makes sure that he replys to our messages, emails and calls as soon as possible. He also makes sure that he does what he promises , especially on target dates. He also assured us that we are looked after and is very true to his word. Most importantly, he communicates with us not as a client but as friends. Thrive has indeed chosen very well their team members from start to finish!

Tom was so great at ensuring everything around the house was absolute perfection and organsied any touch ups efficiently and effectively without any hassle or doubts. He explained everything well also. Would definitely recommend working with Tom in the future!!

Donovan was really supportive through the build process and went above and beyond to get our house handed over before Christmas ☺️ and also gave us our keys on his day off to help out. Tom was fantastic during the warranty process and resolved even the most tiny of issues or cosmetic items that would not even be considered a warranty item. Overall fantastic process from start to finish. Far superior build quality. Alex Pettigrew from head office also helped me out in a number of tricky circumstances during planning and handover. I really appreciate all the support and the outcome which is a really high quality liveable home!
