Highly recommended

We are very happy with the home we built with Thrive :) We have been living in this home for a year now. Our build started mid 2022 and even with the extra challenges that came with the pandemic, the stages were delivered on time and without increase in price. We highly recommend our site manager, Kane Wood! From quality of work to timely delivery and communication, he made the process really smooth and stress free. Overall it was very easy to work with Thrive during and post construction. The only challenge was the paper work pre construction that took a while to complete which was probably understandable then due to the pandemic.

Great customer service

Mary-Anne Brown was the customer care manager assigned to us during the pre-construction process. We usually had heaps of questions being first home buyers and wanted to understand what we are paying for. She has definitely provided that service and more. Communication was amazing and she was always respectful and professional throughout all discussions.

Unfortunately, other aspects of the pre-construction process were a bit frustrating-- delay in processing due to rejected design plans, which also led to additional delay fees due to this. But again, even with these issues, Mary-Anne has gone above and beyond providing customer service that helped us keep at ease. Show details ·  1

Fantastic! Kane & his team

We had a wonderful journey with Thrive from start to finish. Although there were delays with land registration & council, from initial planning & build it was an experience. The excitement really began when the build started & the slab was laid. What made everything pleasant & easy was to have our site manager Kane & his team do a fantastic job, very professional. Kane was great in communication, updating us each fortnight on his plan & schedule to get work done on the site. The build seemed to go so fast without delays & the construction was of top quality. Excellent building experience with Kane

After a massive delay in land registration and pre-construction approvals, we were lucky to have Kane as our site supervisor for the construction phase. He handled the construction of our house in a very professional manner, regularly updating us on the progress, and there was never any delay in the work that he forecasted to complete over the next fortnight. Excellent building experience

I had a great building experience with Thrive homes and they exceeded in all the different stages of the build. The pre construction stage was fast-tracked with the build starting in less than 2 months. Kane was the site supervisor and he exceeded the expectations and followed a good rhythm in sequencing the jobs. He managed the job execution with great diligence and provided us the progress updates on a regular basis.
