Thrive Homes

Our experience to this stage with Thrive Homes has been wonderful. Our sales consultant Nadia Vignandel-Maurice and customer care consultant Danae Langley were both extremely helpful, informative, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. They were always ready to answer any question we had and have made this part of the building process very positive.

Tess had been very helpful and supportive in finding a lot that matched the home we were after, and always was very prompt and willing to support through the process. Alannah and Rebekah were extremely supportive during pre-construction process. Rebekah kept us well informed of progress and was always advocating for us with both internal and external parties to keep our home progressing, despite challenges with council (heritage listing) Rebekah navigated many complex challenges for us with a positive and can do attitude throughout. Would highly recommend the Thrive homes team and in particular Rebekah Kore who went above and beyond to see us through the pre-construction phase!

Our customer experience was second to none. Queries were followed up in a friendly and timely manner, usually within 1 business day. Nothing was too hard or too trivial to be addressed. At one point we thought we would like to change the house plan; even this potentially major change was handled with ease and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Thrive Homes, at least up to the commencement of the construction phase. (I currently have no experience beyond this point.)

Our journey from day 1 (Jan 2020) we visited Thrive Homes Display Home and was assisted by Edward Lee who was very good and knew his work so well, then on the next phase of contract signing were one of the most memorable happy experiences in our life.
Pre-construction phase was exciting! Rebekah Kore is excellent, wonderful, efficient, helpful and is the best!

As we are moving out of our pre-construction phase we wanted to leave a review of the Customer Experience Representative's we have had. My partner and I initially had Melita who was quick to reply to emails and kept us in the loop at all times. Throughout our pre-construction phase Melita moved on from Thrive Homes. We were handed over to Rebekah who called us on day 1 and got to know us personally. She handled our case like it was hers from the start and always ensured she provided clear, detailed updates including timeframes, making the process easy and stress free! Our experience with Thrive so far has been fantastic, looking forward to construction!

My building process has recently finished pre-construction stage and Rebekah has been absolutely helpful throughout the whole process. Rebekah took over the carriage of my file mid-way through the pre-construction stage due to the resignation of another employee, which led me to be worried at the time. However, Rebekah managed to promptly get on top of my file through her hard work and the transition process has been seamless. Haven’t reached the stage of the build or the completion yet. Once that stage is over I’ll write another review if it allows me.
All assistance was delivered by Rebekah which is amazing. So far the cost hasn’t changed yet so I am not familiar with that question yet. So exited to see my house once it’s finished.

Thrive homes have been outstanding! As this is our first new home build, we couldn't have asked for a better team! Our new home consultant, Clare Blackstone from the very beginning was so wonderful with making sure we could get everything possible within our budget and Rebekah Kore, who has gone above and beyond to help us with all our Pre-construction processes and needs! Customer service from Thrive Homes are very professional and they are great to work with. They kept us updated with the progress during pre-construction and have given us all the required documentation in a timely manner for the bank and thus resulted to a smooth and quick home loan process. One thing we liked about thrive homes is their professionalism. New home consultant Steve replies back promptly to all our enquires and he calls back when he says he will. He was also pleasant through out the pre-construction process and easy to deal with. Well done and keep up the good work!!!

Still in pre construction stage, so far everyone I have dealt with has been awesome. Every query Ive had has been answered . The house upgrades have come under budget. The evolve package that came with the house was great.
