We were greeted by the most friendliest person, he answered all our questions and made us feel so at ease with the whole process. The finance team were wonderful and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The build process was easy and quick. Our site manager kept in touch the whole way through and made sure we were kept up to date with what was happening.

Overall positive experience with our build
Overall we have been very happy with our build with Tick Homes. The customer service team have been fantastic, always happy to follow up on the many, MANY questions we had. Excellent coffee making skills too :D The process of choosing blocks and home designs were made much easier with the team's assistance. There was a little mix up with contract variations that we had made, but that was actually our fault and not Ticks, as we made such a number of variations in the 2 years that we waited for our land to title... we kept on adding things to the...
Read more build! Janelle was a star ensuring that these variation issues were fixed for us, and we appreciated her regular communication to our council to hurry up issue of permits! Building was a smooth process during stage 4 lockdown, we were unable to go down to our home in person as it was being built so we really appreciated the emails at each stage completion with all of the photos. Was stoked that our double storey was completed in less than 5 months, probably would have been 4 had it not been for the Christmas/New Year period. Our site supervisor Daniel went above and beyond for us, an absolute champion. Very accommodating to our request for a private inspector for each stage, and any issues flagged by them were quickly rectified by Daniel with no fuss. The follow up once moving in has so far been great, and so far any pressing issues (all minor though) that cannot wait until 3 month maintenance have been quickly rectified by our site supervisor, who is only a phone call away. A big thanks to everyone who assisted us on our first home build journey, including Kane, Brad, Bessie, Robert from Mortgage Domayne, Janelle, Michelle and Daniel. We have been very pleased with our experience and look forward to the next chapter of our lives in our first home!

Tick was Quick!
Following lengthy delays with respect to the release of land titles (2 and half years) and then dealing with illegal site dumping. The build process facilitated by Tick Homes from house selection to moving in was very smooth (and quick) by comparison.
The projector experience was a big selling point as I could easily see the difference between a 20sqm and 23sqm house (something you don't get just visiting display homes). It was a more honest way of seeing how far my budget could actually go.
