I signed up for a subscription because there were favourable reviews for this business.
Unfortunately experienced a host of different issues and requested to exit subscription.
I have listed some of points below but have not documented the investment of time spent trying to contact tidyme to try to resolve. I would not recommend this business as a cleaning service to anyone. I’m baffled by some reviews that mention ‘attention to detail’. The 8 different cleaners I had through my home appeared vacant and uninterested. Some took 4 hours to wipe ...a cloth of a 2 bed x 2 bath apartment. Also noting we are two professionals living interstate so not a lot of ornaments or dusting to complete and always very tidy for the clean. - 2 occasions a no-show cleaner and was hosting a baby shower when one was cancelled. - The option to select and pay for use of Method products was inconsistent and on multiple occasions cleaner arrived with a generic brand, and still charged as didn’t have time to request refund on multiple occasions. - Rescheduled 1 clean and cleaner still arrived
Cleans have been so so. 1st was good, then when I emailed to rectify some subsequent issues, customer service are not getting back to my queries or trying to solve the issues. The immediate reaction is "we will get you another cleaner". Support for staff might go a longer way. In relation to clarification about what was included in a clean, I was just sent a link to look at, which I clearly already looked at on signing up. I asked for further clarification 3 times and was ignored. I have requested to cancel my account.
