The owner, manager was very helpful in helping me choose a colour for my coffee table to suit tge rest of furniture. Coffee table arrived on time and didn’t need assembly which was good. A quality product.

I was amazed at the range of furniture both indoor and outdoor at Tigress Furniture Gold Coast. I had been looking for a white outdoor dining suite and small lounge and found the perfect duo here with navy blue and white striped cushions. Nice selection or quality funiture – Great selection of furniture. Thew quality all looked great. Prices are reasonable. Delivery was slow buy I did not reduce the rating due to this as it was in the lead up Xmas.

My order took more than 5 weeks to arrive. Actual table colour looks totally different to photo online Feeling exhausted from waiting, then the product doesn’t seem as good as it looked online, overall not too happy with whole experience. Over promise and under deliver – We purchased a custom dining table on 2/11. We simply wanted to change the pedestal legs from one table to another. supplier couldn’t keep up. There was no offer of compensation, just a refund or wait. However, only 3 months ago they were happy to take my money again for a custom made coffee table they told me would be delivered at the same time as my dining table. We are very fortunate we chose to wait and see the dining table! Which never arrived. Poor service and we have waited over 6 months and still months away.

UPDATE: They offered me $100 discount. Shop elsewhere

Emily White 3 Drawer Bedside Table, 55x42x60cm – These drawers are beautifully built and pre-assembled which made it easy to move straight into our bedroom. There drawer wheel runners are smooth to open and the velvet material in the top drawer is a lovely addition. I'd happily purchase these again. Show reply

Beautiful chairs and good communication – Happy with my chairs and table, however, two of the little plastic feet were broken off the chairs on unpacking, and there are no stoppers to stop the glass from sliding off the table. Overall, the ordering and delivery experience was seamless and the set looks great on my patio.

We are so very happy with our purchase!!! Love it!! – Very happy with the dining suite we purchased - it is everything we'd hoped it would be and we are so pleased with the entire process from when we first saw the suite online and then visited the Labrador store to when delivery was made.
